    Championship bottom six

Down at the other end of the table, Stoke have rather bigger concerns about not being in the Championship next season.

Saturday's thumping 4-0 win over relegation rivals Barnsley did wonders for their league position, not to mention confidence and goal difference.

After today's tough trip to Elland Road they face two managerless sides, in the form of Birmingham City and Bristol City, before ending the season against high-flying Brentford and Nottingham Forest.

Boss Michael O'Neill knows they need points and, buoyed by Saturday's win, they'll be out to cause an upset today.

    Top six

As already mentioned the equation for Leeds is pretty straightforward, 10 points from their remaining five matches will confirm their return to the Premier League.

The Whites have won two, drawn one and lost one since their return to action last month.

A win today would send them back to the top of the Championship and, far more importantly, put six points between them and third-placed Brentford with just four games to play.

At a stage of the season where some fixtures don't have all that much riding on them, it's fair to say we've got an absolute belter this afternoon.

Leeds United need three wins and a draw from their final five matches to be certain of a return to the Premier League for the first time since 2004.

Opponents Stoke City start the day one point above the Championship relegation zone, desperate to avoid a second relegation in three seasons.

A Leeds win and fans will feel like they can almost touch the top flight, while a victory for Stoke will move them to 17th and put important points and teams between themselves and the bottom three.

Good afternoon and welcome to live text commentary of Leeds United v Stoke City.
