Defenders Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones remain injured, so teenager Ethan Laird has been promoted to the senior squad.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe said he will need to check on the fitness of two unnamed players.

Leading goalscorer Callum Wilson remains unavailable as he completes a two-match suspension.

Emiliano Buendia does superbly to somehow keep the ball alive on the edge of the box before squeezing a pass out to Onel Hernandez but his shot has the sting taken out of it by a block.

Aaron Mooy swings another good ball in from the right but Aaron Connolly is not alert enough to it and it runs through to Tim Krul.

Well, I think the thumbs down people from 12:06 BST may be correct. It has been the same old story for Norwich - lots of nice football but nothing in the final third.

Norwich are giving Brighton so much space down the right.

That's usually where Aaron Mooy has been causing damage but this time Tariq Lamptey is in loads of space as he found by Neal Maupay. Lamptey returns the ball to his team-mate inside the box but Maupay misses his shot. Let off for Norwich.

Have a player of Aaron Mooy's ability in your side and you always have a chance.

The Brighton midfielder once again plays a brilliant ball into the area, this time finding Leandro Trossard unmarked on the far side of the box but Trossard's first touch is poor and Norwich escape.

Onel Hernandez charges down the left, shows good footwork once again to cut inside but then swipes his shot wide.

Norwich have lost all 19 Premier League games this season in which they have conceded first. They are the only team in the top flight yet to pick up a point from a losing position.

If ever there is a day to end that run, it is today.
