Jack Grealish created a foul. As an opposition player you get so frustrated. He is so good at winning free-kicks like that.
We talked about quality from wide areas. There at the back post Trezeguet was free. It was a fantastic finish. Vicente Guaita had no chance.
I'd love to see that free-kick again from Jack Grealish. If you can get him on the ball, that is what happens.
Aston Villa 1-0 Crystal Palace
Wilfried Zaha feeds it in to Christian Benteke but his shot is straight at Pepe Reina.
Trezeguet
HUGE GOAL!!!
Conor Hourihane whips another good ball in. It takes a touch off Joel Ward at the near post and Trezeguet is unmarked at the back.
He tucks it under Vicenta Guaita and into the opposite corner.
That is a big, big, big goal. Can they hold on??
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Ahmed El Mohamady has put a few decent deliveries in from the right. Another one isn't controlled by Mbwana Samatta before Jack Grealish wins a free-kick on the far side.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Jordan Ayew does well to win it back off Trezeguet on the left and he tries to take on Ahmed El Mohamady with some stepovers.
He ends up going down under minimal contact and the ball races out for a goal kick.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Palace have been so sloppy. Passes going askew everywhere. Roy Hodgson doesn't look too happy.
Reckon they'll be in for a telling off at half-time...

It was great work from Wilfried Zaha down the right. Christian Benteke turned and drilled his shot straight at Pepe Reina's feet. That was lucky for Aston Villa.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Wilfried Zaha cuts inside of Ezri Konsa and curls one towards goal. It's a decent connection but straight at Pepe Reina.

Bob: I fear for Villa, overspent trying to stay in the Premier League, and unless they bounce right back, I see them stuck in the Championship or even League One.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Well done Pepe Reina! He's not had too much to do but was alert here, to stop Christian Benteke putting Palace in front.
It falls for him in the box and he's able to squeeze a shot away. Reina stops the first with his leg and Benteke cuts the rebound back at him but that's a more comfortable save.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Luka Milivojevic takes a quick free-kick to try and get Palace moving with more intensity.
It comes to Joel Ward on the right and he plonks it straight out for a goal kick with a terrible ball down the line.
At least five of his teammates throw their arms in the air in frustration.

That was a slick move from Aston Villa. It was a deeper cross to Jack Grealish. He could have possibly let him come across his body.
It was straight down at Vicente Guaita on the right but it was a good move from Villa.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Great stuff from Villa!
They move it around well and the movement is decent when Ahmed El Mohamady curls it on from the right.
Jack Grealish finds space and is picked out but his volley is saved at the near post by Vicente Guaita.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
It's just not going Villa's way. That's the second enforced change for Villa after Kortney Hause was injured in the warm-up.
Dean Smith greets Taylor with an elbow pump and he heads off for some treatment.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Matt Targett is on for Villa. Neil Taylor can't carry on. He's done well to last over half an hour.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Christian Benteke tries to race away into the box but he nudges Ezri Konsa and gives away a foul.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Conor Hourihane's cross picks out Trezeguet. He flicks it on to Mbwana Samatta but it's away by Mamadou Sakho in the box.

That was a huge chance for Aston Villa.
It is so difficult to cross the ball like that but it was a brilliant cross from Ahmed El Mohamady. It was a wonderful ball. As a striker your eyes lit up, but Mbwana Samatta just put it over the bar.
Aston Villa 0-0 Crystal Palace
Douglas Luiz just about spins away from Christian Benteke. Villa are trying to move it around the back and string some passes together.
Ahmed El Mohamady eventually swings a good cross in from the right but Mbwana Samatta just gets too much on his header. It flies dangerously over the bar.
What a chance! Dean Smith knows it too. Hands on his head...
