  1. CLOSE!published at 73 mins

    Wolves 2-0 Everton

Lucas Digne gets in on the left again but his cross is too deep. It won't matter because he was pulled back by Adama Traore in the build-up and it will come back for a free-kick.

The set-piece come to Bernard on the edge of the box. He slides it through to Michael Keane, he feeds it on to Digne and his shot flies inches past the right post.

Paul: Jordan Pickford is an absolute joke. Twice today he's dropped the ball where a decent goalie would have dealt with it competently including just now where he let it squirm through his body and he only just stopped it going over line. And he laughs about it. Pathetic.

Stuart: Pickford is simply too erratic and cannot be relied upon from an England point of view. Does not inspire confidence and makes his own teammates (and supporters) jittery.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 70 mins

    Wolves 2-0 Everton

Here he is. Adama Traore replaces Daniel Podence for Wolves. At least Everton don't have to deal with Podence anymore!

And just as Everton start to look a little more adventurous, they see Adama Traore on the touchline, ready to come on.

    Nightmare.

    That's better!

Lucas Digne, who has been able to get forward more in the last few minutes, drills it low into the box.

Alex Iwobi gets a touch on it and sets up Gylfi Sigurdsson in the centre but his shot is blocked.

Nuno Espirito Santo is not happy. He knows that is a great opportunity from Ruben Neves' pass. It's a great save from Jordan Pickford but Diogo Jota should score.

  7. CLOSE!published at 66 mins

    Wolves 2-0 Everton

    Wolves are in!

Ruben Neves plays it through to Diogo Jota, who races in on goal. He's one-on-one with Jordan Pickford but can't make up his mind on whether to go around him or slot it past him.

He ends up losing his footing, stumbles and pokes it straight into Pickford. Raul Jimenez picks up the loose ball on a tight angle and skies it.

That was a bit of a shambles too!

Lucas Digne lifts a cross in from the left and his fellow full-back Seamus Coleman gets on the end of it.

He heads it down and low towards the back post but Romain Saiss gets a toe on it.

It was poor defending from Lucas Digne again. He gave up.

Jordan Pickford was very lucky, he had made a big mistake before that. Credit to him for his reaction.

I don't want to have too much of a go at Everton but you have to wonder if some of there players are already on the beach or on holiday before next season.

I'm watching and thinking this has been poor. Carlo Ancelotti doesn't look happy on the touchline. He is coming out having a go at his players. He wants more.

  12. CLOSE!published at 63 mins

    Wolves 2-0 Everton

Daniel Podence is in there again! Wolves get in behind - Podence linking up with Jimenez - and it's the Portuguese who gets the shot away.

Jordan Pickford makes an absolute meal of it, letting it roll through his legs and almost over the line before he dives on it and sticks his tongue out.

    Shambles.

  13. Postpublished at 60 mins

Lucas Digne slides across to cut out a ball from Daniel Podence. Wolves have another corner. Their fourth of the match.

It's flicked away by Richarlison and the referee whistles for a push in the build-up.

You have to have your wits about you with all these substitutions. It's another reason I don't want five for next season.

Andy: Poor defending but what can we expect? This a threadbare team Everton are fielding. No midfield and barely a defence.

Dom: I know we're a bit of a running joke but Everton are a very unlucky team. Contentious decisions always against us, freak and horror injuries to key players. They say these things even out. I've been waiting 32 years.
