That was one of the best European displays I have ever seen.
Bayern Munich have to be favourites to win this competition. You would be petrified of facing this Bayern side. They played with authority and had the greatest desire.
Barcelona were so pathetic. They lacked desire. I almost feel sorry for them.

Quique Setien is still there.

If Quique Setien is manager of Barcelona tomorrow I will eat my hat.
Barcelona have given up and that's totally unacceptable.
It's staggering to watch this capitulation. Where is the leadership on the pitch? Their experienced players have just gone under this evening.
There seems to be a lack of desire from these so-called professional players. They don't want to run around and tackle.
Something stinks from Barcelona's point of view.
Barcelona 2-8 (eight) Bayern Munich
The nightmare is over Barcelona.

Arturo Vidal goes into the book for protesting about something or another.
Perhaps it was about the scoreline.
Philippe Coutinho
It's that man on loan again.
Lucas Hernandez, who I don't think we've even mentioned, heads back into the six-yard area for Philippe Coutinho to convert. He holds his hand up and doesn't celebrate once more.
You can come up with words to describe what has happened to Barcelona here in Lisbon, but they were all used up in the first half.

Quique Setien is a gonner. There are names doing the rounds - Ronald Koeman and Mauricio Pochettino.
You cannot be humiliated like this as Barcelona manager.
And this is what it is - an absolute humiliation.
Over the years we have seen Barcelona dismantle other teams. Tonight, they are on the end of a heck of a beating.
Philippe Coutinho
The man on loan.
Lionel Messi loses the ball.
Robert Lewandowski finds Philippe Coutinho, who must have thought "should I score against my parent club?" before shooting past Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Robert Lewandowski
The ultimate humiliation.
But VAR might save Barcelona from it.
No mercy from VAR. It's six....SIX!!
It was great work from Philippe Coutinho again down the problem left for Barcelona. The Brazilian then clipped a delivery on to the head of Robert Lewandowski, who headed in from about a yard out.
And there's more ultimate humiliation....

We're seeing pictures of Barcelona boss Quique Setien. Will this be his last game in charge? He'll be out, he won't last.
Barca have been weak, they've been out-played, out-run, out-muscled. - and they will be out of the Champions League very soon.

Michael Reid: Would love a Coutinho goal against Barca tonight. Would just rub the salt right in!
Skittles: What has Griezmann done since coming on. For the price paid for him and his history, he should be gamechanger but he's lost in this Barca team.
Barcelona 2-5 Bayern Munich
Bayern have a corner after Philippe Coutinho looks to pull the ball back - however, Barca's defenders calm the jitters at the back by clearing.
We have 11 minutes remaining. I'm pretty sure there won't be extra time here.

...but Manuel Neuer saves.
The Argentine sneaks in a low shot after good work from sub Ansu Fati.
Barcelona 2-5 Bayern Munich
Philippe Coutinho - on loan at Bayern from Barca - and Niklas Sule comes on for Serge Gnabry and Jerome Boateng.

Bayern Munich should be absolutely out of sight.
From one team you see desire to try and get the ball back when they don't have possession.
You don't see it from the other team. Barcelona are an ageing team with many players whose legs have gone.
They are getting a real going over.

Barcelona 2-5 Bayern Munich
Bayern have scored as many goals as Barcelona have had shots in this match.
Barcelona 2-5 Bayern Munich
Forward Ansu Fati, 17, replaces Sergio Busquets, 32.
It's surely too late to make any notable impact.
