Monchengladbach look like they just don't want to lose this game rather than wanting to go out and win the game - if that's the attitude they're going to have then it's going to be another very long 45 minutes for them.

Pep Guardiola will want City to go and get two or three goals and just put this game beyond Monchengladbach. They could easily do that even without the players they've got on the bench they could do that. But I would love to see Sergio Aguero come back and slowly integrate him back into the side, it could be the perfect opportunity for him tonight.

Joao Cancelo charges forward from, well, central midfield and shoots just over from 25 yards.
