Sergio Oliveira's 115th-minute goal shocked Juventus to send Porto through in a stunning Champions League round of 16 tie despite a 3-2 second-leg win for the Italian side.

Oliveira's long-range free-kick deep into the second half of extra-time went through the legs of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Juventus wall to make it 2-2 on the night and give Porto the lead over two legs. .

Adrien Rabiot's thumping header two minutes later gave Juventus hope, only for Porto goalkeeper Agustin Marchesin to produce a stunning save in the final moments to ensure the Portuguese champions advanced on away goals.

Porto had opened up a 3-1 aggregate lead through Oliveira's 19th-minute penalty after Merih Demiral brought down Porto's Mehdi Taremi.

But Juventus' Federico Chiesa found the far corner from a tight angle in the 49th minute before Taremi was shown a second yellow card for kicking the ball away.

And Chiesa headed in a Juan Cuadrado cross after 63 minutes to level the tie on aggregate.

It looked Juventus would capitalise on their man advantage but Porto defended superbly to take the match extra-time where Oliveira's decided the tie.

Erling Braut Haaland scored his 19th and 20th goals in 14 Champions League appearances as Borussia Dortmund drew 2-2 with Sevilla to progress to the quarter-finals 5-4 on aggregate.

The 20-year-old striker opened the scoring on 35 minutes with what was his only touch in the opposition's box in the first half, Marco Reus' pull-back finding the Norwegian for an easy tap-in past goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.

If Haaland's 19th Champions League goal was simple, his 20th was a test of nerve in the face of drama.

Early in the second half, he bullied his way past the Sevilla defence to find the net from a tight angle only to have the goal ruled out for a foul. But the video assistant referee awarded a penalty for a shirt-pull by Jules Kounde on Haaland in the build-up.

The Norwegian took the spot-kick himself and saw both his first attempt and his follow-up saved by Bounou.

The spectacle did not end there, however, as VAR determined Bounou had moved too early off his line and the penalty was taken again, with Haaland finally slotting home to give Dortmund a 5-2 advantage in the tie.

Sevilla kept their hopes alive through a Youssef En-Nesyri penalty, before the same man's powerful header deep in added time made the final moments nervy for the Bundesliga side.

Mehdi Taremi will be the most relieved man in the Porto dressing room.

His stupid sending off, which included a second yellow for kicking the ball away, looked to have wrecked their European hopes, but his team-mates have saved the day.

Juventus 3-2 Porto (4-4 on aggregate, Porto win on away goals)

It is the second time in three years that Porto have reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Two years ago, an extra-time penalty from Alex Telles, now of Manchester United, gave them an incredible 4-3 last-16 aggregate victory against Roma.

Another Italian side falls to them after 120 minutes of last-16 second-leg action.

How Juventus must hate the away goals rule.

At this stage of the competition last season, Lyon won 1-0 in France, Juventus then won 2-1 in the second leg in Italy, but that away goal put them out.

A year later, and history repeats itself.

Juventus 3-2 Porto (4-4 on aggregate, Porto win on away goals)

Porto looked to have thrown it all away when Mehdi Taremi was dismissed in the 54th minute.

Juventus took it to extra-time, but Sergio Oliveira's second of the game, with a low free-kick in extra-time, left the Italians needing two goals in the last five minutes.

They got one, thanks to Adrien Rabiot, but Porto somehow held on.

Thrilling until the end. Football at its absolute finest. Brilliant entertainment.
