Man City v Chelsea (20:00 BST)

Premier League champions Manchester City are looking to win the Champions League for the first time.

Chelsea have won it once before, back in 2012, when Didier Drogba scored late on to take it to a dramatic penalty shootout against Bayern Munich.

The Blues have beaten Pep Guardiola's side twice in the league and the FA Cup this season. Can they do it again?

Up to 16,500 people will be allowed inside Porto's Estadio do Dragao ground to see if Chelsea can or whether City will create history.
