  16. 'When I leave Dele out I feel hurt'published at 17:45 Greenwich Mean Time 29 October 2020

Royal Antwerp v Tottenham (17:55 BST)

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho, speaking to BT Sport: "I believe everybody misses so much the crowd, the noise, the pressure, the enthusiasm. I believe if everybody could choose we would choose even away from home to have an atmosphere because at the moment the players don't feel any atmosphere - either positive or negative.

"I am happy. I have lots of good players and everyone is motivated. Everyone wants to give everything on the pitch. They show frustration when they are not playing in the right way when they are on the pitch. You could say it is a risk to change so many players but I would say I accept the risk because I trust the players and the squad.

"Dele Alli is working hard. He is one of the players I feel very hurt when I decide not to select him but that is the consequence of the many attacking players I have."

"Timothy might be out now until after the international break which is a shame for us," he told BT Sport.

"Jonny was due to play but he felt it last night in his back after an awkward landing against Arsenal."

Rodgers added: "This is a competition we want to do well in. Jamie Vardy starting gives us a real dynamic at the top end of the pitch."

Tottenham can expect a stern test in Belgium.

Royal Antwerp finished fourth in the Belgian league last season but currently sit top after taking 20 points from their first 10 games.

Their team includes defender Ritchie de Laet, who played six games for Manchester United before going on to sign for Leicester and Aston Villa.

Like Spurs, Antwerp got their Group J campaign off to a winning start with a 2-1 win in Bulgaria against Ludogorets.
