  1. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 63 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

So close! Burnley now nearly break the deadlock. Ashley Westwood floats over a lovely cross from the right, Chris Wood is all alone and heads back across goal.

Sam Johnstone is beaten, but the ball kisses the top of the crossbar and goes away...

  2. 'It wouldn't have been fair to beat Man City' - Bielsapublished at 18:48 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

    Leeds United v Wolves (20:00BST)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Elland Road

This is my first visit to Elland Road from a Premier League game in a very long time.

It is also my first experience of Marcelo Bielsa's programme notes.

His assessment of Leeds' thrilling draw with Manchester City on 3 October are fairly unique. I can't imagine many of his top flight counterparts coming out with this.

"Our last match against Manchester City was one of the biggest in the Premier League," he said.

"Looking back, while it was possible for us to win the game, it wouldn't have been fair if we had won it."

Manager in fairness shocker. It really has been a mad season.

  3. 'It was great play from Diangana'published at 18:47 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It was great play from Grady Diangana. The ball then came to Jake Livermore. Nick Pope made the first save and then another from Branislav Ivanovic.

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

Branislav Ivanovic wanted a penalty for handball in among that melee but no joy. I think James Tarkowski took it square in the chops.

  5. CLOSE!published at 58 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

And how has that not gone in! From the short corner West Brom work the ball into the area, Grady Diangana weaves past his man and shoots, it's brilliantly saved by Nick Pope and then Branislav Ivanovic has his follow-up somehow blocked away!

    Superb defending.

  6. Postpublished at 57 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

It's not been great, no, but I've definitely been made to watch a lot worse/ This is better from Albion down the left but Grady Diangana's run is well shut down by the men in yellow. Corner.

£16 well spent I think you'll find mate.

Seven Fields: Is this game the worst PL game ever? This is really bad. Can we hope for VAR to liven it up a bit? Err.... perhaps not...

  9. Postpublished at 54 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

It's Johann Gudmundsson who takes the free-kick, left-footed, rattled through the wall and straight at Sam Johnstone.

    Underwhelmed.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 53 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

Dwight McNeil is heads above the rest of his team-mates, just looks to be a cracking player. He drifts inside and Jake Livermore chops him down and goes into the book.

    Free-kick in a good spot.

  12. 'The shackles will come off once there's a goal'published at 18:38 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

    Clinton Morrison
Former Crystal Palace striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

We do need a goal. Once we get one then everyone can relax and the shackles will come off.

  13. Postpublished at 51 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

Slaven Bilic has hands lodged in pockets, rocking side-to-side, ticking away. He is not happy with how his side have started, or not started, ths second period.

  14. Postpublished at 48 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

And now Dwight McNeil floats a cross/shot over the top. He has his head in his hands there, thinks he should have done better.

  15. Postpublished at 46 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

Straight from the off Dwight McNeil floats in a dreamy left-wing cross and Chris Wood can't quite meet it as firmly as he would have liked. Half a chance for the former West Brom man.

  16. KICK-OFFpublished at 45 mins

    West Brom 0-0 Burnley

Burnley get the ball rolling for the second half. Can either side get their first win of the season?

  17. 'Traore is developing as a footballer'published at 18:31 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

    Leeds v Wolves (20:00 BST)

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

On a possible new deal for Wolves winger Adama Traore: "What a boost for Wolves fans if he does sign. He's developing as a footballer. He was rough around the edges earlier in his career. He's a better all-around player and has improved his quality in the past 18 months or so."

  19. 'Wolves are going to get a real test'published at 18:28 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

    Leeds v Wolves (20:00 BST)

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It'll be about the contrast in the way both teams play. Leeds have been so exciting. They strolled the Championship and the question was would they maintain the same style of play - you saw against Liverpool and since then.

Wolves are going to get a real test tonight, but they will sit deep and you think they are tailor-made for this.

  20. Postpublished at 18:26 British Summer Time 19 October 2020

West Brom would be out of the (very, very early) relegation zone if it stays like this.
