A key save it was!
A bad game ends in a 0-0 draw.

Top marks Edouard Mendy! He's had precious little to do tonight but when he's needed, in the last minute, the Chelsea keeper makes a great save!
Marcus Rashford hits a whipped, bending effort from the edge of the area which is heading in until the new man flies to his left to push it out.

Are Chelsea mounting a very belated charge? Another good Reece James ball in is hacked ugily over his own bar by Fred for another corner,,,
Manchester United 0-0 Chelsea
Chelsea counter nicely but Reece James and then Cesar Azpilicueta both see crosses cut out. It is a corner though.

No Donny van de Beek today. Imagine the goal bonus he could have picked up at Ajax...

Manchester United 0-0 Chelsea
The best bit of attacking play in ages and it comes from Victor Lindelof, who plays a sharp one-two down the right to run into the area, he could hammer it across goal but probably wisely lays it back to Paul Pogba instead.
The Frenchman's side-footer is tame though and blocked.
Hakim Ziyech comes on for the visitors.
Manchester United 0-0 Chelsea
Chelsea have had one shot on target so far today. United a hefty three. Even Kepa would have probably kept a clean sheet.

Scott McTominay is built like a Welsh dresser and his tackle on Christian Pulisic leaves the American needing a minute to gather his thoughts. And his ribcage.

So four up front for the champions? We'd better not have a 0-0 there as well.
Liverpool v Sheffield United (20:00 BST)
Liverpool
The headline team-news for Liverpool is the return of goalkeeper Alisson from the shoulder injury which had kept him out of action since September.
Manager Jurgen Klopp makes three changes in all to the side which beat Ajax 1-0 in their Champions League opener on Wednesday, as Captain Jordan Henderson and forward Diogo Jota also return, in place of James Milner and Curtis Jones.
Jota lines up in a front three alongside Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, with Roberto Firmino deployed just behind. Fabinho continues in defence in the absence of the injured Virgil van Dijk.
Liverpool XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho, Gomez, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Firmino, Jota, Salah, Mane
Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder hands former Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster a first Premier League start following his £23.5m move from Anfield in the summer transfer window.
There are three changes to the side which earned a first point of the season against Fulham last weekend, as Ethan Ampadu and Ben Osborn start for the Blades.
Max Lowe misses out after sustaining a head injury in that 1-1 draw, while John Fleck and Lys Mousset remain absent.

We are still waiting for that moment of inspiration that will unlock this game.
It feels like watching an endless tennis rally where neither player is willing to risk losing the point in order to win it.
