Lookman will be up against his former side today and one he might argue at which he never got a full crack of the whip.

He moved to Everton in January 2017, and scored on his debut after coming on as a late substitute in a 4-0 win over Manchester City.

But he failed to nail down a regular starting place as the Toffees went through three managers over the following 12 months - Ronald Koeman, caretaker David Unsworth and Sam Allardyce.

Loan spells in Germany and a brief run under Marco Silva back at Goodison was followed by a permanent move to RB Leipzig. And this summer, he shifted to Fulham.

You can read more about him here.

Speaking of penalties, have you seen the shoot-out from the MLS game between Orlando City and New York FC? Shambolically brilliant, it is.

The shootout was 4-3 to Orlando after both sides had taken four penalties, when Orlando keeper Pedro Gallese thought he'd won it for his side by saving Valentin Castellanos' penalty.

But VAR then ruled Gallese was off his line, and he was shown a second yellow card, having been booked for time-wasting in extra time.

Orlando brought on substitute keeper Brian Rowe, but as he stood on the goalline for the retake the referee indicated a substitution was not allowed and sent him back off the pitch.

Instead, Argentine defender Rodrigo Schlegel went in net and looked like he'd never seen gloves before.

Castellanos scored his penalty at his second attempt to level things up and the shootout went to sudden death when Orlando and former Manchester United forward Nani's penalty was saved.

Both teams scored to make it 5-5 before Schlegel's saved Gudmundur Thorarinsson's attempt (without even really moving) - prompting celebrations from Orlando players and staff who thought the game was over, unaware the shootout was still level.

Eventually Benji Michel scored to seal a 6-5 win.

Find it online. It's a great watch.

  6. Wenger on DIDpublished at 11:14 Greenwich Mean Time 22 November 2020

If you want to kill a bit of time in the lead up to the game (while also reading this live text obviously), you could do a lot worse than sticking on Radio 4 right now.

The guest on Desert Island Discs is none other than Arsene Wenger.

OK everyone, any guesses on what his luxury item will be?

    Fulham v Everton (12:00 GMT)

Massive for Everton to have Richarlison back. The Toffees have not won a Premier League match without the Brazilian forward since he joined in 2018, drawing four and losing four of eight such games.
