    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

What's even more incredible, Ziggy and Mike, is that Solihull haven't played a game for 17 days due to a positive Covid-19 test in the camp.

They do look the fresher of the two sides.

Mike: This has been a lively start to the game and as a neutral this should be a good game!

Ziggy Smith: Solihull Moors running riot right now!

They absolutely are, aren't they? A stunning first-half display from the non-league side.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 30 mins

    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

Joe Sbarra is clutching his leg. This doesn't look good.

The Solihull midfielder limps off and is replaced by former Coventry man Callum Maycock.

  4. KICK-OFFpublished at 13:01 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

We've now got under way in another two ties.

  5. CLOSE!published at 27 mins

    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

    Off the line!

    Last ditch from Morecambe.

Solihull's Jordan Cranston heads a corner over the keeper and a combination of Cole Stockton and Yann Songo'o head it away from under the crossbar!

  6. Form points to a Gills winpublished at 12:59 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

    Gillingham v Exeter (13:00 GMT)

You have to go back all the way to 1935 for the last time Gillingham faced Exeter in the Cup.

On that day it was the Gills who ran out 4-0 winners to book a place in the second round.

And League One Gillingham have good recent Cup form too, having lost just one of their last nine home games in the competition. Their only defeat coming in the third round against West Ham last season.

Meanwhile Exeter have won just two of their last 24 away FA Cup games.

    Gulp.

  7. Newport and Salford in feisty fourth-tier clashpublished at 12:58 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

    Newport v Salford (13:00 GMT)

League Two leaders Newport County have reached the FA Cup third round in each of the last three campaigns, their longest run reaching that stage since they made the hat in five consecutive campaigns between 1948-49 and 1952-53.

But fellow fourth-tier side Salford are unbeaten in their two previous competitive meetings with Newport, winning 2-1 in League Two and drawing 0-0 in the EFL Trophy last season.

And the Ammies are looking to reach the FA Cup third round for the first time in their history.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 25 mins

    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

In all that madness, Morecambe's Aaron Wildig picked up a yellow for a late challenge on Cameron Coxe.

    Still all Solihull Moors.

  10. CLOSE!published at 23 mins

    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

So very nearly again for Kyle Hudlin.

His long right leg pokes a low cross goalwards, but the ball sails narrowly wide.

Morecambe are all over the place!

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20 mins

    Morecambe 0-1 Solihull

    So nearly two!

Jordan Cranston has the entire left wing to himself.

This time the Moors winger is free to head a cross goalwards. It takes a mean deflection off Harry Davis and strikes the post with the keeper wrong-footed.

    Huge let off for Morecambe.

Turner's howler gifts Solihull the opener

    Thoroughly deserved.

Jordan Cranston has a go from ranged which Morecambe keeper Jake Turner spills.

Kyle Hudlin is on hand to poke in the rebound. What a story we have here folks.

  13. Postpublished at 18 mins

    Morecambe 0-0 Solihull

Solihull have only failed to win three of the nine games they've played this season.

    They're playing with such a free-flowing confidence.

No real chances of note, but the visitors are dominating possession.

Who are you banging the drum for today??!

There will be no tubthumping at the Mazuma Stadium today - the supporters' band's drum is locked away in the stewards office.

Both of these sides are based in tier 3 coronavirus areas which means they will still be unable to welcome fans next month - let's hope that changes by January for whomever gets through to round three.

  17. Postpublished at 13 mins

    Morecambe 0-0 Solihull

There's nothing in this tie. So, so evenly matched in Lancashire.

Stephen Gleeson has a go from range but it is easily gathered by Morecambe keeper Jake Turner.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 11 mins

    Morecambe 0-0 Solihull

And after all that pressure from Solihull, Morecambe create the first real opening.

Cole Stockton shakes off his marker before firing an effort across goal which is kept out my Moors stopper Ryan Boot.

Warning signs for the National League side.

  19. Postpublished at 9 mins

    Morecambe 0-0 Solihull

Kyle Hudlin started this season playing for Solihull United.

United play their football so far down the pyramid in Division Two of the Midland League, they didn't even qualify for the FA Cup's preliminary rounds.

What a story if he nets the winner to take the Moors through today.

  20. Postpublished at 6 mins

    Morecambe 0-0 Solihull

The Moors have settled into this one very nicely.

They have the game's first corner but nothing comes of it.

Solihull forward Kyle Hudlin is already causing problems for the Morecambe defenders.
