There was one spot in the second round left up for grabs heading into this week and AFC Wimbledon procured it with a tense penalty shootout win at Barrow on Thursday.

The Dons' prize for seeing off their fourth-tier hosts is a home game against another League Two side, Crawley Town, on Sunday.

The televised games and our live text coverage right here are, of course, not the only way you can follow today's FA Cup action.

You can listen to radio commentary via your local station too - some of those commentaries are available using the play icons at the top right of the page.

Alternatively, there's a full list of the games and stations here.

  7. Team newspublished at 12:27 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Morecambe v Solihull Moors (12:30 GMT)

The team news is in for the first of our four live streamed games this afternoon - don't forget, you can watch Morecambe take on non-league Solihull Moors at the Mazuma Stadium on the BBC Red Button, iPlayer and right here on the BBC Sport website.

There's no squad rotation or resting players for the Shrimps, who are clearly taking this one very seriously as the league side name an unchanged XI from the team that lost 2-1 at Salford City in midweek.

Solihull, meanwhile, have not played since 11 November due to coronavirus issues. They make one change from the team that shocked another League Two side, Scunthorpe, in the previous round as Jamey Osborne comes in for Callum Maycock.

Morecambe: Turner, Mellor, Lavelle, Davis, Cooney, Songo'o, Wildig, Phillips, Slew, Stockton, Mendes Gomes.

Substitutes: Halstead, Hendrie, Knight-Percival, Diagouraga, O'Sullivan, Pringle, Leitch-Smith.

Solihull Moors: Boot, Williams, Cranston, Storer, Sbarra, Gleeson, Osborne, Coxe, Hancox, Hudlin, Pearce.

Substitutes: Clayton, Ward, Maycock, Piggott, Ball, Carter, Archer.

  8. Solihull target Cup historypublished at 12:25 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Morecambe v Solihull Moors (12:30 GMT)

Our early kick-off will be the first-ever meeting between Morecambe and Solihull Moors – the hosts have been eliminated from two of their four previous FA Cup ties against non-league opponents as a Football League side.

League Two Morecambe are looking to reach the FA Cup third round for just the fourth time in their history, previously doing so in 1961-62, 2000-01 and 2002-03.

Solihull Moors of the National League are looking to reach the FA Cup third round for the first time in their history, being knocked out at this stage of the competition in three of the last four seasons.

    Something's gotta give!

  10. Woolery winner puts Tranmere throughpublished at 12:20 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

    Tranmere Rovers 1-0 Brackley Town

There were 14 non-league teams that made it through to the second-round stage - but that number is already down to 13 after Friday night's first tie of the round.

Kaiyne Woolery produced a cracking strike in front of the BBC Two cameras to help League Two side Tranmere Rovers avoid a shock at home to National League North minnows Brackley Town.

It was a goal worthy of putting any side in the third round hat - and you can check it out here.

  12. The day dreams are made - or dashedpublished at 12:15 Greenwich Mean Time 28 November 2020

Good afternoon and welcome to what is traditionally one of the most nervy days of the year for lower-league and non-league football clubs and fans - FA Cup second round day.

The prospect of landing a plum tie against one of the Premier League big boys in Monday's third round draw is only one win away for the 38 clubs in action on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

With fans beginning to be allowed back into stadiums, there's renewed hope that at least some of January's round three ties could be played in front of spectators.

But whether supporters are allowed in or not, the players involved in every second round tie will be champing at the bit to earn a chance to perhaps run out at one of the game's hallowed turfs in round three.
