No changes to either side yet.

  4. Changes for Cardiff?published at 13:26 Greenwich Mean Time 12 December 2020

HT: Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

Swansea will be happy with that first half, even if their control of the match may have warranted more than one goal.

Cardiff, meanwhile, may want to consider making changes.

Manager Neil Harris has stuck with the same line-up and 4-4-2 formation for five matches in a row, which has served his side well with four successive wins before today.

Might he be tempted to shuffle his pack?

Striker Robert Glatzel came off the bench to score at Stoke on Tuesday, while wingers Josh Murphy and Gavin Whyte are his other attacking options among the substitutes.

  5. HALF-TIME - Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea Citypublished at 13:19 Greenwich Mean Time 12 December 2020

    Half time.

The Swans lead, deservedly, through Jamal Lowe's opener that squirmed through Alex Smithies.

Get yourself a brew and I'll see you soon.

We've been busier than Freddie Woodman so far today.

  8. Postpublished at 41 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Kieffer Moore's header from a freekick drifts wide.

It's very hard to change a winning team, but is fatigue a factor here for Cardiff?

They are second to every loose ball.

  9. Postpublished at 39 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Swansea try to deliver a corner to Andre Ayew's feet, audacious but it doesn't come off.

Ayew then tries a shot from 25-yards that Alex Smithies easily saves. Audacious probably covers that one as well.

  10. Postpublished at 37 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

I've continually told you Swansea have been the better side.

Alternative viewpoint, Swansea have been so much the better side, they will surely be disappointed to only lead 1-0.

As bad as Cardiff have been, it only takes a second to score.

  11. South Wales derby.... unpluggedpublished at 36 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

    Dafydd Pritchard
BBC Sport Wales at Cardiff City Stadium

Although Cardiff are slowly growing into this game, Swansea still seem to be in control.

And while we've become used to matches without supporters, this derby still feels so strange.

Hearing the players and coaches scream and shout without the backing of a hostile crowd is like listening to a recording of an album with the sound of all the instruments removed.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 34 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

We've just had some pushing and shoving, right in time for panto season.

Kieffer Moore and Marc Guehi are considered the culprits and both are booked.

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Slick Swansea passing as the visitors again find an opening, but Jamal Lowe's cross is really poor and Sean Morrison snuffs out the danger.

A graphic on the TV has just shown Andre Ayew and Jamal Lowe have had over 40 touches, Kieffer Moore and Mark Harris have had 13.

    Speaks volumes.

  14. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Sean Morrison is winning a few headers at set-pieces, but Swansea look comfortable.

Neil Harris may be pondering a change of shape as Swansea's midfield three are the dominant force in this game.

  15. Ryan Bennett lucky to still be on?published at 12:55 Greenwich Mean Time 12 December 2020

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Midway through the first half and Swansea are ahead and you'd have to say, deservedly so.

  17. Postpublished at 20 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Harry Wilson looms over the ball.... but he fires wide.

Would Ryan Bennett have been booked for that if he wasn't already on a yellow card?

I think I know what Neil Harris would say.

    All happening!

Connor Roberts concedes possession and Ryan Bennett fouls Kieffer Moore just outside the area.

  19. CLOSE!published at 18 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

    So so close to 2-0.

Matt Grimes cuts inside and fires at goal and and Alex Smithies turns the ball onto the post and away.

It's a good save from Smithies.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17 mins

    Cardiff City 0-1 Swansea City

Andre Ayew outstrips Sean Morrison who brings him down.

    Easy for the referee.
