It's fair to say that Brighton have found this season tough going so far. They've only won two Premier League games so far and sit 17th.

They play some lovely stuff, but Graham Potter needs to start picking up some positive results soon. Tonight be a good place to start for the 2019 semi-finalists.

It won't be easy though, Newport are currently second in League Two and Michael Flynn's side are coming off a decent rest since Boxing Day.

We've already seen one League Two side knock out Premier League opposition in Crawley and Leeds. Could we see another at Rodney Parade?

Newport have history too.

It started with a win over Leeds in 2017, before earning a replay against Spurs.

They then beat Leicester and Middlesbrough in 2018.

Can they take another famous scalp tonight?

Newport make four changes from their last league game against Crawley on Boxing Day. Goalkeeper Tom King, defender Longe-King and forwards Robbie Willmott and Padraig Amond replace Nick Townsend, Brandon Cooper, Scott Twine and Tristan Abrahams.

Longe-King, a non-league signing from St Albans, makes his first County start in a huge match.

Brighton make five changes from their 3-3 draw against Wolves last weekend. Luke Steele, Pascal Gross, Alexis Mac Allister, Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Andi Zeqiri all come in for Robert Sanchez, Dan Burn, Joel Veltman, Leandro Trossard and Aaron Connolly.

It has been another cracking day, and weekend, of FA Cup action.

What does tie number 30 have in store for us?

Still one more FA Cup game to bring you this evening, so I'm going to pass the baton on to Callum Matthews for that one...

Spurs manager Jose Mourinho on BBC Radio 5 Live: "I was expecting, since 2004 I have been in England, and I've never played against a side at this level in the pyramid but many times played against League One or League Two sides, so I'm not English but I know what this means for everyone so I brought a good team, not just for the result but also for the meaning of the cup. For them I think it is incredible to have Gareth Bale playing here, Moussa Sissoko and all these guys. I think it is an incredible feeling for them. They compete and the result is not one to be ashamed of so everyone goes home happy.

"I have to admit that in the first 10 minutes we didn't create a lot, then they hit the bar, so if it goes 1-0, I'm not saying we would lose but for sure they'd fight with even more energy. It was good and even people at home will have enjoyed it because it's football."

On Dele Alli: "I enjoyed his performance very much. Of course he was cautious and like everyone of us was a little bit scared of the nature of the pitch and the way they can compete so it was a game where the creative players couldn't risk a lot but between him and Gedson Fernandes they were responsible for the dynamic of the team in the first half to create chances and score goals."

More from Marine boss Neil Young: "It has been a nice, tough week because we've had a lot of media duties, and with our players being part-time we've got jobs as well, but we'll reflect. I won't reflect on this game too much, it's a proud moment to be able to bring Tottenham here and to meet Jose personally. From an FA Cup perspective, to bring the team and subs they did is great.

"Jose was very complimentary about the club and the pitch. I've got so much admiration for Tottenham, not just because of the players they bought today but also the way their supporters have got behind our football club and logistically they've supported us with that."

They've shown us respect have Jose Mourinho, and their club, to bring all their stars here to play against us. I'm very proud of my team, we've come a long way. It was our eighth FA Cup tie but it was a tough afternoon.

"They had a lot of the ball as you'd expect - they are technically unbelievable. Their movement in midfield with Dele Alli and Moussa Sissoko and Lucas Moura and for the first 20-25 minutes we were in the game, but once they scored they upped it a couple of gears and when you think you're getting a foothold they bring on Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilón but that's great credit to Jose Mourinho for bringing those players on.

"It would have been easy not to and save them but it has been a great season and we're very proud of what we've achieved."

More from Jose Mourinho, on the performance of Dele Alli: "I am really happy with his attitude in the game, of course we didn't want to risk much, the pitch is a bit dangerous and their enthusiasm can put the creative ones in some risk, but I am happy - good professionalism, good dynamic from him and Gedson (Fernandes) to start trying to create, so really pleased for the performance.

"He was here today and of course it was not the match to measure the quality, but the professionalism and attitude and I am very happy with it, I will not be surprised if next Wednesday Dele is playing with us.

"Of course, in the Carabao Cup we reached the objective to be in the final. In the FA Cup this is a little first step. In the Premier League the table is a bit fake, we have had some very good results and some disappointing ones. But not bad at all."

Spurs boss Jose Mourinho speaking to BBC Sport: "I am happy, I think the boys were professionals and didn't stop until the game was over in terms of result. The attitude was positive and that means a lot for me and also for the competition and to Marine's guys, because they felt we played seriously."

On Carlos Vinicius' hat-trick: "It is nice for him. Of course, for a striker that doesn't play a lot because in front of him is the big one - every time he has a little chance to play, like in the Europa League, he is there for us and we are very happy."

On Alfie Devin's debut goal: "It is good for the kid. This season we have managed to give minutes to young guys - Dane Scarlett youngest one to play in the Europa League, now for Alfie to come to his area, he is not far from here, to make his debut and score his first goal is good for him and a good feeling for everyone at the academy."

Jose Mourinho is already in one final, they are doing well in the league and they'll keep progressing.

There has been a mentality change.

Marine manager Neil Young speaking to BBC Sport: "I'm very proud of them. It was always going to be tough. I've got to give credit to Jose Mourinho and his team, they showed us a lot of respect. In the end we were laughing at who was coming of the bench. I can't ask any more of our lads, you're playing against world class footballers who make it look easy. I'm very proud of what we've achieved.

"It would have been nice to get a goal, we hit the bar and we had another just after that was blocked. They dominated possession as you would expect. They have fantastic footballers and it was great to see Tottenham up close and how well they play.

"We can be very proud of the cup run. We've had an eventful week in terms of the media and press, the football community and in particular the Tottenham supporters have been incredible. To sell over 20,000 tickets for our club at a tough time when there are many non-league clubs struggling financially. So for us this is really nice."

Well done to both teams, it's been a very good weekend for Marine for obvious reasons, they were very professional, they tried to make it very difficult for Tottenham in the the first 20 minutes.

But the quality shone through and Jose Mourinho had his players fired up with the right attitude.

Here is Tottenham's Lucas Moura: "Today was a different day, new for us to play against them. We came here with big respect and a mentality to win and go to the next round. I think we did well."

On his goal: "It was a good free-kick. Not easy because they are very tall.

"I am very happy for my friend Vinny! (Carlos Vinicius). He is improving his English, I am helping him. I am very happy for him because he works very hard every day and deserves it."

Jose Mourinho will be happy - it was a proper, professional performance from Spurs. But, Marine didn't embarrass themselves.
