    It was coming.

David McGoldrick heads in following a great cross from John Fleck.

The Blades have had a lot of joy down the left - with Enda Stevens crossing for the goalscorer moments earlier.

Feeling a little Spursy at the moment.

As soon as Spurs break it's panic stations in the Sheffield United defence. Slightly surprising that for the second or third time Spurs haven't got a ball on target at the end of the move. But they do look as good as about any team there is out there when they break at that sort of pace.

At the other end, John Lundstram goes for Hollywood from outside the area, but his shot drifts past Hugo Lloris' left-hand upright.

    Worth a pop though.

Harry Kane will think he should have got his second there.

Steven Bergwijn, back in the side, clips a cross to the back post. It's cleared but arrives at the feet of the England hot-shot, who turns and scoops the ball over the bar from just inside the area.

    Bit of allsorts here.

The ball is played into the area by Serge Aurier. Keeper Aaron Ramsdale tries to come for it but appears to paddle the ball away with his gloves, which almost allows Son Heung-min to steal in.

    Fascinating.

Andy: I still think we're so slow in playing out from the back. It's only when the ball gets to son the pace picks up.

Sulaimon Adelekan: Jose Mourinho' s tactics has been spot on so far hopefully they dont bottle this game by sitting back. For Sheff United, their miserable season continues.

The Blades are shovelling that coal in the burner. They play the ball around inside the area before Enda Stevens' drive is blocked.

Can they pull one back in these opening minutes of the half?

Comfortable for Spurs fans, I don't think so. Under JM you always feel the opposition have a route back into the game. WHU proved that in the last 10 mins. As David 14:48 said slow slow slow. We don't have a mindset any more to push on and get 3 or 4.

Seconds later Jayden Bogle arrives like the Mallard to meet an aerial delivery, but he heads over the bar.

Good start from the home side, though.

They've got the perfect start getting that early goal through Serge Aurier. There's been a lot of good play out there but Harry Kane is head and shoulders above everybody else he is a world class player not just a world class striker. His goal was a number 10 and a number 9 goal - 2-0 up and it's probably the right score.

So what did you think of that so far?

Jose Mourinho's gameplan and team selection has been spot on, so far.

And Blades fans? Is it is the same ol' or are you encouraged by what you've seen despite the scoreline?

Really quick start, go 1 up, should make it 2, then settle into slow, slow, slow slow, slow. Allowing opposition to get back in with confidence.... Ah. 2-0. What do I know...? COYS

There didn't seem to be any danger there - as soon as the ball goes to Harry Kane you just shut up because you just know at any second there's a chance it's going in the back of the net. He's so brilliant at picking out that little pocket of space - what you would call the 10 position. You can't give him any space there. Kane, 20 yards out is like a penalty kick for him.
