    Southampton 1-3 Arsenal

Sloppy few moments for David Luiz. He gives it away on the halfway line then steps over the ball as he tries to let it roll through for Bernd Leno in the box.

Che Adams almost pokes it in but Rob Holding reacts to put pressure on him and Leno is out sharply to gobble the ball up.

Arsenal are 4 points behind Liverpool. Did see that coming in December

    Steve, London

West Brom need to get Derek McInnes in now to bring some stability. He was loved at WBA as a player, is a steady manager and wouldn't cost much from Aberdeen.

    West Brom 0-5 Man City

Matty Phillips drives into the box and looks to clip a cross towards the six-yard box, but it's well cleared. Best moment of the half for West Brom.

    Southampton 1-3 Arsenal

Daniel N'Lundulu almost gets there ahead of David Luiz as the ball is loose in the Arsenal box but Cedric Soares comes across to cover and wins a free-kick.

    West Brom 0-5 Man City

Lovely, whipped ball from Joao Cancelo and Ferran Torres almost gets his head to it. Instead it's nodded behind for the seventh City corner of this half.

West Brom have gone 21 minutes without conceding.

Thomas Partey has picked up a knock now. Looks like cramp? Mohamed Elneny is on in his place.

  9. Postpublished at 75 mins

    West Brom 0-5 Man City

City have just been completely dominant. Most of the game has been played on the edge of the West Brom box and the hosts have struggled to get any further upfield than that.

Ferran Torres' flick is cut out this time.

    Southampton 1-3 Arsenal

Changes for Southampton now. Danny Ings and Che Adams are off. Caleb Watts and Daniel N'Lundulu are on.

Just to confirm, they have actually gone off. And neither have picked up a yellow in the process.

The scoreline is still 5-0, so West Brom have got that in their favour! It's been one-way traffic right from the get go.

Raheem Sterling has now had a hand in six goals in his last four Premier League games - two of them he has scored, two assists.

    West Brom 0-5 Man City

Brilliant from Raheem Sterling to wriggle beyond three West Brom defenders and win another corner. Kyle Bartley does well to get a toe to it.

    Alexandre Lacazette

Cedric Soares plays an incredible diagonal ball over to Bukayo Saka. He tees up Alexandre Lacazette with a first-time cross and the striker puts it in from a yard out at the back post.

    Stunning goal! Mad few minutes.

Ray Smart: Feel a little sorry for Allardyce tonight. City are on magnificent form at the moment, even with a couple of their best players injured they just seem to be able to get almost every pass right.

Graham: Big Sam is completely out of his depth and yesterday’s man. It’s like asking a mechanic to have a look at your broken laptop. Not a clue how to fix it.

  15. Pepe stays on...published at 72 mins

    Southampton 1-2 Arsenal

Oh. Well this is strange. Nicolas Pepe is no longer going off as Emile Smith Rowe went down injured just as Pepe was strolling off.

It means he's going off. Willian is coming on and Nicolas Pepe is staying on. Gabriel Martinelli will have to wait too.

Pepe still has a yellow! Very confusing...

    West Brom 0-5 Man City

Nice one-two between Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling to release the captain down the wing, as City just ease through the gears. They win a corner, but it's headed clear.

It's just coming back at West Brom though, they can't hold on to the ball.

  17. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January 2021

Nicolas Pepe gets a yellow card before he heads off! He's taking way too long and the referee isn't happy.

As a West Ham fan, seen all this before from Big Sam. He decides beforehand what games to try in and which to just write off. He clearly wrote this off to focus on Fulham. He won't care how many WBA concede tonight as he always saw it as a loss.

    Matt, London

WBA getting what they deserve im afraid, dismissing Bilic and appointing Allardyce was a desperate decision that has backfired badly.

Gabriel Jesus and Ferran Torres go down in the box, but they ran into each other.

Best bit of defending in the West Brom box all evening.
