To anyone who doesn't understand why Alli doesn't get picked hasn't watched Spurs recently. A great player who spent two years wandering around the pitch wafting his foot at the ball. However if he keeps this up he's in!

As the most creative player in the squad Alli should start any game Spurs want to win. Mourinho is paid to get the best out of the best players. As well as getting the robust journeymen to do a job. He's not doing that at Spurs and he didn't do it at Man Utd.
