    Ivan Toney (86 mins)

Brentford are underlining their automatic promotion credentials.

  3. goal

GOAL: Blackburn 1-0 Lutonpublished at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Adam Armstrong (85 mins)

    Who else?

The Rovers hitman notches his 17th Championship goal of the season and what a time to get it.

It's the substitute Lewis Holtby who swings a ball to the back post where Sam Gallagher nods it back into the danger zone where Adam Armstrong arrives right on cue to head past Simon Sluga.

Luton aren't happy with the way the referee restarted play before the goal but it matters not as the goal stands and Rovers are heading for all three points.

League One and League Two update

Ipswich are down to 10 men after Teddy Bishop's second yellow in the game at Crewe. It's 1-1 there.

Shrewsbury might just have made sure against Peterborough, and what a debut for Harry Chapman?! His second opens up a 2-0 lead.

Down into League Two, leaders Cambridge United look set to maintain their three-point gap at the top, thanks to Wes Hoolahan's goal. They lead 3-1.

  5. goal

GOAL: Brentford 5-2 Wycombepublished at 16:44 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Sergi Canos (81 mins)

The points are certainly safe for Brentford now as Sergi Canos curls in a fifth for the hosts after being picked out by Josh Dasilva.

Incidentally, the Bees won 5-2 the last time these two clubs met in the league in west London.

That was in January 2012 in League One, as Gary Alexander scored a hat-trick at Griffin Park.

    Huddersfield 1-1 Stoke

Harry Toffolo is the latest to go close for Huddersfield as the clock ticks down.

The hosts have had a man advantage all second half after Rhys Norrington-Davies' red card in first half injury-time, but try as they might, they haven't been able to get their noses in front.

    Sheff Wed 1-0 Preston

    Wednesday survive again.

Preston's leading scorer Scott Sinclair meets Alan Browne's cross with a firm connection but it's over the bar and the Owls breathe again.

They've got about 10 minutes to hold on for what would be a priceless win.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:40 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Rotherham 1-3 Swansea

Rotherham almost pull another goal back and set up a nervy finale.

But Clark Robertson clips the bar from a Ryan Giles corner.

    Blackburn 0-0 Luton

So, are we going to get a goal here?

It would be a blow for Blackburn's promotion push if they were to drop points here but Luton will be eyeing a late victory here which would see them go level with Rovers.

The quadruple substitution has made a slight difference with Bradley Dack eager to impress, but we still await the opener.

    League One update

Couple of crucial equalisers in League One...

Ipswich give themselves hope of avoiding a third straight defeat thanks to Aaron Drinan's equaliser at Crewe.

Meanwhile, Plymouth's Niall Ennis finished off for Argyle to cancel out Accrington's lead - it's 2-2 at Home Park.

  11. goal

GOAL: Rotherham 1-3 Swanseapublished at 16:35 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Jay Fulton (74 mins)

Swansea might have just stopped the Rotherham comeback in its tracks.

Jake Bidwell sweeps in a ball from the left and Jay Fulton is there to turn the ball in with a first-time flicked finish at the near post.

A brilliant bit of skill, with his first touch after coming on as a sub.

Swansea are heading four points behind leaders Norwich as things stand.

The Swans host the Canaries on Friday.

    Nottm Forest 0-0 Barnsley

Chris Hughton's frustrations are evident as Forest winger Sammy Ameobi can only head at Brad Collins as he meets a Gaetan Bong cross.

    Can someone find the breakthrough?

    Huddersfield 1-1 Stoke

    Off the line!

Angus Gunn is beaten by Juninho Bacuna's curling shot which is finding its way into the corner but it's journey is stopped short by a goal line clearance by James McClean.

Closer and closer still, but the teams remain level.

    League Two update

It's been tough going for Bolton of late, without a win in six games, but they look like they're going to end that streak at home to Leyton Orient.

Eoin Doyle struck just three minutes after James Brophy put through his own net to make it a two-goal lead for the Trotters.

  16. Postpublished at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Sheff Wed 1-0 Preston

Preston are pushing for an equaliser and the Owls are indebted to goalkeeper Kieren Westwood for remaining in front as he saves well from Brad Potts.

Westwood is likely to be in for a busy time for the remainder of this one as Daniel Johnson and Tom Barkhuizen are introduced by Alex Neil.

  17. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 1-1 Millwallpublished at 16:30 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Kieffer Moore (71 mins)

Cardiff do have a leveller, no doubt much to the relief of new boss Mick McCarthy.

Top scorer Kieffer Moore notches his 10th goal of the campaign.

Harry Wilson guides a ball through the Lions defence to Moore, who lifts the ball over Millwall keeper Bartosz Bialkowski.

The Bluebirds have probably been the better side. Can they go on and in it?

  18. CLOSE!published at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Huddersfield 1-1 Stoke

Inches from a second for Huddersfield.

Lewis O'Brien thinks it's in as he hits it but Angus Gunn in the Stoke goal tips it onto the woodwork to keep his side level.

    Freddie Ladapo (65 mins)

It's not over at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.

Swansea defender Ryan Bennett flicks on a long throw into the visitors' box, and Freddie Ladapo heads in from just outside the six-yard box.

Can the Millers go on and grab a much-needed point?

  20. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Blackburn 0-0 Luton

Well Tony Mowbray has seen enough - FOUR substitutions at once!

Downing, Elliott, Rothwell and Brereton are hauled off to be replaced by Holtby, Dack, Dolan and Gallagher.

Has that ever happened before? You certainly don't see it often!
