    Norwich 0-0 Middlesbrough

Todd Cantwell is an excellent player but I'd be looking at withdrawing him just because he can't get a sniff out of Darnell Fisher.

His frustration is limiting his impact, in my humble opinion.

Maybe a different type of player would offer a different outcome.

It's 0-0 this obviously but this has been quite edge of the seat.

Pace has been cranked up by Norwich.

Oliver Skipp plays up to Todd Cantwell, who with a clever flick puts Emi Buendia away down the right.

Skipp continues the run, ball goes to him right of the box but the cross loops out of play.

Better from the home side. Boro can't sit in when the ball moves that rapidly.

Norwich come forward, Ben Gibson rolls a pass through the middle to Emi Buendia who touches off neatly to Todd Cantwell.

Cantwell collects on the run and flashes a shot at the Boro goal but it skids harmlessly wide.

    Norwich 0-0 Middlesbrough

Norwich are a principled side, which is nice to see.

Perhaps they could do with being a bit more direct and a bit more aggressive but they have a system and they trust in it.

Ball movement and skill preferred to slugging out physically.

  14. KICK-OFFpublished at 45 mins

    Forty-five to go.

Norwich don't want to pass up a chance to extend their lead, likewise Boro want to draw level with Bournemouth in sixth on points.

    We're off.

    HT: Norwich 0-0 Middlesbrough

Don't forget, we've plenty more to come this afternoon from the whole EFL.

I do wonder who will make the first move from the bench in this one?

Norwich's options include Onel Hernandez, Kieran Dowall and Christoph Zimmermann.

Boro have regular striker options but you'd be stunned if Neil Warnock changed it up here.

    Norwich 0-0 Middlesbrough

What a difference a few days make for Middlesbrough, who have been excellent in their approach against a confident Norwich side.

The opening 10-15 minutes threatened to see the home side overrun their visitors, but other than Mario Vrancic's dragged effort, they've scarcely threatened.

Boro actually finished the half the stronger, having dug in and defended, grew in confidence and then started to execute some decent play.

Grant Hanley and Boro-born Ben Gibson have been kept busy, that's for sure.
