Carla Ward will be a little bit frustrated with all of the goals in some aspects as there were things Birmingham could have done better.
But the third goal might be the most frustrating from a set-play perspective. It's a great delivery from Erin Cuthbert but you look at it, it's a free header.
You can't give anybody a free header in the six-yard box - but definitely not someone of her talent.
Everton 0-0 Aston Villa
Meanwhile, Villa have another injury to add to their already depleted squad.
Skipper Marisa Ewers pulls up clutching her leg and can't continue. On comes Elisha N'Dow.
Worried faces on the Villa bench.
Chelsea 3-0 Birmingham
Sam Kerr's rapid double just before the break has surely settled this.
Bimingham defended well for 25 or so minutes and, despite a shaky few minutes after going behind, they threatened to draw level.
But two goals in three minutes look like stretching Chelsea's lead to five points and putting the pressure back on Manchester City.

Pernille Harder got good contact on the header, it was just a little bit too high - but who is there first to react again? Sam Kerr.
From a Birmingham perspective, you want the red shirts reacting quicker than they have because it doesn't give the goalkeeper much of a chance.
But you are probably looking at one of the best goalscorers in the world at the moment - she typifies the 'fox in the box' as the saying goes.
Sam Kerr
Treble time for Sam Kerr.
The Australian's third goal of the afternoon is simplicity itself.
Erin Cuthbert swings in a delicious outswinging free-kick from the right and Kerr races in unopposed to head home. Easy.
Sam Kerr
Chelsea were having to defend a little frantically in the closing stages of the half.
But Sam Kerr has her second goal.
Once again it's about the Chelsea striker's superb reactions as she races in to score from close range.
Erin Cuthbert crossed to Pernille Harder and the Dane's header came back off the bar and looped up into the air for Kerr to head in.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
Birmigham are having their best spell of the game and Claudia Walker once again has a strike on goal. This is nowhere near the target though, the striker wildly shooting wide after Melanie Leupolz gave away possession following a throw-in.
There are some encoraging signs for the visitors.
Everton 0-0 Aston Villa
Everton are starting to dominate. Pass after pass after pass.
But Villa look solid at the back with two deep banks of four. Everton are struggling to break them down.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
Bang on cue Birmingam almost draw level.
Chelsea's England defender Millie Bright gets in a tangle with an awkward bouncing ball, allowing Claudia Walker to pick her pocket.
The Birmingham striker moves the ball to her left but shoots just wide. A great chance goes begging.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
How will Birmingham get back into this? The more they look to get forward, the more gaps they are leaving.
It's all about balance and you sense that the sensible option is to ensure they keep things tight and keep it at 1-0.
Chelsea have had a couple of decent chances to double their lead, but it's hardly chance after chance.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
Again Sam Kerr is close. Thhis time she makes a fine connection on Pernille Harder's teasing cross from the right.
But the end result is the same and the ball goes over. Just. Birmingham keeper Hannah Hampton would have been well beaten.

Everton 0-0 Aston Villa
Slow start at Walton Hall Park.
Everton have had slightly more possession in attacking areas but neither side has yet to have a shot at goal.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
It could so easily have been 2-0 to Chelsea. But Sam Kerr made a mess of that, dragging a shot wide from 12 yards.
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
It was no surprise that Chelsea's goal was created by Erin Cuthbert. The Scotland star's infectious energy has been a feature of a rather flat start by the hosts.
Chelsea look well on top now thought.
Pernille Harder is the latest to get a shot away, but it's tame and easily fielded by Hannah Hampton.
Everton 0-0 Aston Villa
Here we go, game number two is under way.
Goals please!
Chelsea 1-0 Birmingham
A fine stop from Hannah Hampton, who dives low to her left to cling on to a well-struck shot from Melanie Leupolz after a deft flick by Fran Kirby.
Chelsea have come alive

That was a really tight angle but Sam Kerr finishes it really well. You think the goalkeeper has it covered.
She was at full stretch to tip it what she thought was around the corner but Sam Kerr was waiting to get on the end of it and it was a good finish from her.
I think the keeper might be a bit disappointed that her own players haven't reacted as quick as Sam Kerr in that instance.
Sam Kerr
That's wonderful anticipation from Sam Kerr, who reacts brilliantly to crash home Chelsea's opener from close range.
Hannah Hampton pushed away Erin Cuthbert's low awkward shot but the keeper couldn't get much on it and Kerr raced in to score high into the net from a tricky angle.
