  2. Photos paint 'false impression' - Kennedypublished at 16:00 Greenwich Mean Time 9 January 2021

More from the media conference from Celtic assistant manager John Kennedy.

Photos emerged of members of the Celtic party not distancing or wearing face coverings, but Kennedy says they give a "bleak" but "false" impression.

Kennedy says the club have been told they have no case to answer, despite First Minister Nicola Sturgeon questioning if rules had been breached.

"We speak to the players as much as we can about the protocols," he said. "If there's any error, we try to eradicate that or fix it and that's what we did.

"The photo maybe paints a bleak picture, but we have to move on."

Motherwell in front at the break and deservedly so after Devante Cole's close-range strike.

Graham Alexander has watched his side create plenty in his first 45 minutes in charge.

St Mirren far from out of this, however. They had a few openings early on and have been encouraged by some loose Well passes.

  6. HALF-TIME - Kilmarnock 1-0 Hamilton Academicalpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 9 January 2021

Greg Kiltie's close-range finish deservedly has Kilmarnock in front at the break.

They've been the better side, while Hamilton have struggled to create opportunities.

Hakeem Odoffin, though, did clatter a header off the crossbar just before Killie scored. It could prove costly.

    Greg Kiltie

It's been coming really, and Greg Kiltie is probably the player most deserving of a goal after a bright start.

Brandon Haunstrup's fizzing cross is sclaffed by two Hamilton defenders, Youssouf Mulumbu picks up and fires in from the edge of the box, and Kiltie gets a deft touch to guide the ball home.

It results in the best chance of the game, as Hakeem Odoffin clatters a header off the crossbar.

A great chance as the defender rose brilliantly in the middle of the box.

Kilmarnock are once again crying penalty!

This time, Chris Burke gets to the by-line, pulls the ball back for Kiltie, whose low shot is blocked by Hakeen Odoffin.

The Hamilton man lunged to the deck and the ball definitely hit his arm. Not sure he knew much about it mind.

Great ball in from Liam Polworth and it looks as though all the striker has to do is make contact, but Alnwick has other ideas.
