Not the score today, unfortunately, but the number of goalless draws each side has had this season.

I'd be lying if I said a goal was looking imminent here...

Watford have been better since the break and win a corner.

At the other end Callum O'Hare releases Coventry team-mate Gustavo Hamer who predictably shoots from outside the box and Daniel Bachmann makes a regulation save.

Hamer loves to shoot on sight and to be fair he has five goals to his name this season.

And now Ismaila Sarr volleys one into orbit.

They haven't really come close but Watford have already showed more attacking intent than they did in the first half.

There's an opening for Watford but Andre Gray and Ismaila Sarr get in each other's way!

The visitors picked up a second ball in the Coventry half but Gray shoots against Sarr and the chance is gone.

The visitors get us under way for this second half.

Some would argue they haven't got started at all yet, but I'm sure that'll change.

Swansea certainly aren't deceiving anyone at the moment, they're absolutely clear about their Championship promotion ambitions amid an unbeaten run now stretched to 10 games.

Leaders Norwich felt the force of it last night, and Andre Ayew and a free-scoring Conor Hourihane scored apiece to reduce the gap between the Swans in second and top spot to just two points.

There's a real old-fashioned battle going on between Watford striker Troy Deeney and Coventry centre-back Leo Ostigard.

This time under a high ball Ostigard appears to head the back of Deeney's head. A painful one for the Coventry man but he's OK to soldier on.

Watford need half-time.

Jeremy Ngakia loses possession deep in his own half and Coventry midfielder Callum O'Hare cuts inside, dribbles and sees a shot well saved by Daniel Bachmann.

A golden opportunity for Coventry striker Max Biamou.

Julien Dacosta delivers from deep and Biamou's stooping header is agonisingly wide.

The hosts have looked great but lack that finishing instinct.

Watford skipper Troy Deeney has looked a frustrated man at times in this first half.

He's had Coventry players all over him and not much in the way of support from his team-mates.

Visiting keeper Daniel Bachmann flaps at a set-piece but the Sky Blues can't capitalise.

Watford full-back Jeremy Ngakia has never scored a professional goal, but he doesn't lack confidence!

He beats a man and strikes just over the bar from 25 yards with his weaker left foot - it was a rasping effort.

They've not long been underway in the early kick-off in League Two, where at St James Park, it's goalless between Exeter and in-form Bradford City.

Jamie Allen has the ball in the middle and his Coventry team-mate Julien Dacosta in acres of space on the right, but the midfielder makes the wrong decision and gives the ball away.
