    Bournemouth 0-2 Cardiff

Cardiff keeper Dillon Phillips will have expected to be busier in the second half and he gets down low to keep out a Junior Stanislas effort.

It came from a nice Adam Smith cross. A bit more like it from Bournemouth.

    Preston 0-0 QPR

High stakes stuff now at Deepdale with both sides chasing victory.

Preston put a series of crosses into the box, firstly from Greg Cunningham then again from Brad Potts which sails just over the crossbar.

QPR doing well to hold firm so far.

  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 20:55 Greenwich Mean Time 24 February 2021

    Swansea 1-0 Coventry

They had to withstand some late Coventry pressure but it's a return to winning ways for promotion-chasing Swansea.

It wasn't a vintage game but Ben Cabango's second-half header settled it, and the struggling visitors offered very little in attack until the very end.

QPR looking bright in the opening stages of the second half against Preston.

Charlie Austin's made such a difference for the R's since his return to the club last month and he's just come close to getting them off the mark but he fires wide from Ilias Chair's corner.

    Brentford 3-0 Sheff Wed

A regulation win for Brentford to get them back on track after three defeats on the bounce.

It probably should've been much tougher with their fragile confidence but Sheffield Wendesday offered very little.

Bryan Mbeumo, Saman Ghoddos and Mads Bech Sorensen scored the goals to keep the Bees second, while the Owls remain three points from safety.

    All over.

That's the closest Coventry have come to an equaliser.

It fell to the wrong man at the wrong time.

    Barnsley 1-0 Stoke

Callum Styles puts a cross into the box to Daryl Dike as Barnsley look to put this game to bed.

However he can't quite find the target. This comes after a succession of chances for the hosts as Victor Adeboyejo was caught offside.

Stoke could do with calming this one down.

It's going to be a fourth defeat in five for Wednesday.
