Quote MessageIt almost looked like a free header for Scott Brown. It's a great in-swinging ball into the box

Quote MessageCeltic are having lots of possession, but they aren't really creating chances and Kilmarnock have had the best chance of the game so far through Chris Burke
Kilmarnock 0-0 Celtic
A Rory McKenzie corner kick flashes across the box and at least three Kilmarnock players should get contact that may have been enough to nudge it into the net, but it goes clear for a throw-in and the chance is gone.
Kilmarnock 0-0 Celtic
David Turnbull collects the ball outside the box, opens his right foot and curls the ball just wide of the post. More good pressure from Celtic.

Plenty of deliveries into Killie's box, but their back-line as so far defending everything well.

Kilmarnock v Celtic (19:45)
Who would have thought at the start of the season, when Celtic had just lifted a ninth consecutive title, that Neil Lennon's side would be travelling to Rugby Park at the start of February 23 points adrift of Rangers and on the back of one win in six games?
Lennon admitted that Saturday's home loss to St Mirren was a new low, but he is clinging on to the job despite chief executive Peter Lawwell announcing that he will be leaving his own post this summer.
Not so Alex Dyer, who fell on his sword after Kilmarnock suffered a third straight defeat after relinquishing a two-goal lead to lose at home to St Johnstone.
Killie's caretaker management team go into this looking for a first win over Celtic in eight games.
Kilmarnock v Celtic (19:45)
Celtic manager Neil Lennon tells BBC Scotland why Olivier Ntcham wanted out of Celtic, with the Frenchman sealing a loan move on transfer deadline day to Marseille.
"It's not the club he's unhappy with, I think just his life in Glasgow," he says. "I think he was a bit fed up and indifferent with the Scottish game and he wanted a different challenge."
Lennon criticised his side at the weekend after the 2-1 defeat by St Mirren saying the players had let him down and he defended his comments.
"You can gloss over it as much as you like, I'm not going to do that," he says. "When I see a poor performance, I think I have to come out and say it sometimes.
"In training, they look good. For some reason they can't bring that intensity into the games.
"I've given them a jag and I'm looking for the right response. The players have to be honest with themselves."

Interim Kilmarnock manager James Fowler tells BBC Scotland: "I've been busy dealing with transfers, we've had two training sessions with the players, tonight is just about a reaction, we're looking for a performance.
"We have lost a good guy in Alex Dyer. It's important the players show they are a good side and they're willing to fight for the jersey."

The Rugby Park club made two deadline day signings in the shape of defender Zech Medley from Arsenal and winger Brandon Pierrick from Crystal Palace, but if they are to make their debuts this evening, it will have to be from the bench.

And there is a debut for on-loan Everton right-back Jonjoe Kenny.
Shane Duffy is dropped to the bench and Nir Bitton is not in the squad as the defence is changed. Ismaila Soro, Mohamed Elyounoussi and Leigh Griffiths also begin on the bench.
