The pressing from both sides is still there but Bournemouth are tiring at times. They are managing to slow it down and get that little bit of a breather. They're really compact and composed and when they get it right, they are difficult to play through.

Defender Luke Shaw says Manchester United "always seem to get the tough ties" as his side prepare to face West Ham in the FA Cup fifth round.

This game is a lot more even now. Bournemouth have responded by going into a bit more deeper role and deeper midfield with Phil Billing, in that number 10 position, on his own.

It's a response from Burnley in this second half and in turn, Bournemouth are saying 'OK, you're the Premier League side, we'll just sit tight while you have the possession.'

A change for Burnley now as Josh Benson, who had that header at the start of this half, makes way for Ashley Westwood.

The boom of Sean Dyche's voice is a constant from the sidelines. He's not letting his players ease off as they chase an equaliser.

There has been a lot of noise around Amad Diallo, Manchester United's £19m signing from Atalanta.

The Ivorian has impressed at training and done well in a couple of Under-23 appearances already.

No guarantee he will get on tonight but Diallo's trajectory is forward.

Bournemouth make a second change as Lewis Cook comes on for David Brooks.

Burnley have been more threatening but Bournemouth do look capable of scoring when they attack.

Now the Burnley skipper Phil Bardsley drives an effort just wide. Sean Dyche's half-time team talk is doing its job. The hosts are much more threatening now.

Michail Antonio misses out though, as does Said Benrahma, whilst on-loan Jesse Lingard is not allowed to play against his parent club.

It's just spooned off Jay Rodriguez's foot and over the bar. The goal was gaping but it was just bouncing up in front of him. I'm trying to be kind but he's six yards out but he balloons it over!

Oh what a chance! What. A. Chance!

Matej Vydra mishits a shot horribly but the ball falls kindly to Jay Rodriguez six yards from an open goal but he spoons over.

To be fair, Rodriguez was probably not expecting Vydra to miss kick so badly.

Bournemouth are a better quality of player on the ball than Burnley tonight. They have grown in confidence as the game has gone on. I'm sure that's the frustration for Bournemouth fans, they will be looking at the squad, the ability of these player and thinking 'come on, we could be higher in the league.' This side should be nearer to the top of the Championship.

Bournemouth have played some lovely stuff at times. They've just had a blip in the Championship that saw them drop from the autos to the edge of the play offs but play as they have in this game and they will be getting their promotion challenge back on track.
