A nice spell of Swansea possession but this is not their night. Connor Roberts and Jay Fulton go down during the same move but the referee waves play on. The home side are demanding to know why they haven't got a free-kick.

As a Spurs fan I was hoping for extra time here to tire out Man City for Saturday. What do you think my chances..?

What a great goal again. Great header back across goal and a fantastic first touch from Gabriel Jesus and he finishes it well.

Swansea have got an identity and they want to play out all the time - the problem against these top teams is if you turn over possession in your own half of the pitch they're down your throats - and City have scored two goals from turnovers, without having to do too much to get them.

GOAL - Swansea 0-3 Manchester Citypublished at 49 mins

    Gabriel Jesus

Swansea's defence haven't turned up this half!

There's loads of space for Bernardo Silva's header to find Gabriel Jesus who turns and fires in a goal which surely takes this tie away from the Championship club.

That was a clinical finish from Jesus.

Great pass and a great finish. City find space out wide again, it's a great run by Raheem Sterling, Swansea's full backs let go too early and left a massive space. Great finish from the lad.

    Raheem Sterling

Brilliant start to the half for Man City.

Rodrigo's lovely pass finds Raheem Sterling in space and unmarked, the skipper showing great composure to fire past Freddy Woodman.

Disaster for Swansea who now have a mountain to climb.

Manchester City have been in total control. They've passed the ball well, moved well. They could be two or three up.

Typical of City - they have been outstanding this year. Pep Guardiola looks bright eyed and up for it and they've played that way. They play at a tempo that suits them and it's very difficult to get the ball off them when they play like that.
