It certainly doesn't have the feel of a 0-0. I know we're watching Leeds - not many of their matches do end goalless.

It's been such a bright start to the game - both teams are free-flowing.

Thomas Stockting: Too many changes to this starting XI for Arsenal. Leeds pinned us back for 90 minutes last time out and Arsenal needed consistency of squad for this game. Xhaka and Ceballos isn’t enough protection so, safe to assume Arsenal will play an attacking game.

  12. 'We won't let Man City run away with it' - Solskjaerpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

FT: West Brom 1-1 Man Utd

    Manchester United

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, speaking to Sky Sports: "It's something we knew would happen from the kick-off - we knew they'd put us under pressure and put in a few throw-ins. They put a cross in and the boy finished well."

Was there a foul for the Baggies goal? "As an ex-striker I'd say that was a goal. But in a recent game Harry [Maguire] got on top of a defender and that was no goal. It's just clarity and consistency. I'm not saying that's a foul.

"The goal we scored is the way we put pressure on them. We did get down the sides sometimes but didn't have anybody to tap them in. One of these days we weren't there where we should have been

"We should play better but we gave ourselves a tough start. You have 90 minutes to make amends but we didn't build that momentum until late in the first half.

"I said we shouldn't be talked about [in the title race]. A compliment for the boys we got into position we are now. We won't let them [Manchester City] run away with it - we're playing them soon. We're not giving it away early - no we're not."

  13. 'We need to match Leeds' energy'published at 16:21 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

    Arsenal v Leeds (16:30 GMT)

    Arsenal

Arsenal defender Cedric Soares, speaking to Sky Sports: "We know the qualities of Leeds. They have a very strong team but we prepared for this game very well. We are very confident. We need to match them in terms of energy and be strong and play the ball quickly."

  14. 'Diagne could have had a hat-trick'published at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

FT: West Brom 1-1 Man Utd

    West Bromwich Albion

West Brom manager Sam Allardyce, speaking to BBC Sport: "We had enough chances to make it three points. The sad thing is for me is Mbaye Diagne could have had a hat-trick. That would have been a great thing for him.

"It was a super goal. He didn't look the favourite. He missed easier chances than that today. We've got somebody in the box who can score us goals.

"I'm pleased with the overall performance and tactics of the team. They didn't let their heads down when United scored with their only shot on target in the first half.

"in the last minute we needed our goalie to make sure we didn't lose. We wouldn't have deserved to lose.

"When you get those opportunities [to attack] you have to maximise them. We did that but the chances we had, we didn't finish more than one."

On their first game with four new signings starting: "We're pleased they can be here to make a difference. The rest of the lads have responded to that. Full marks to everyone."

  15. Top of the red card tablepublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

    Arsenal v Leeds (16:30 GMT)

Arsenal start this one in the bottom half but Mikel Arteta's side are top of one table this season. No team has received more red cards in the Premier League than the Gunners.

Nicolas Pepe's sending-off in the reverse fixture at Leeds in November is one of five dismissals for Mikel Arteta's side.

That match remains Leeds' only goalless draw of the campaign.

  16. 'Maguire was offside' - Allardycepublished at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

FT: West Brom 1-1 Man Utd

    West Bromwich Albion

West Brom boss Sam Allardyce, speaking to Sky Sports: "It was a fantastic point - a game we could have easily won on chances created. It's brilliant the way we controlled the element of United's threat.

"The only chance they had on target [in the first half] was the goal. Our big man scored a great goal and we could have had three.

"A save from David de Gea and misplaced shot over the goal - he could have got the winner for us.

"It was a super save from Johnstone [towards the end of the match]. He hardly had to make any saves today. I think we cleared one off the line in the second half. it would have been heartbreak for us if we conceded that goal.

On the Maguire penalty appeal: "The confusing thing is Harry Maguire is offside before it. What should have been the decision is that this is offside so let's play on. I'm massively confused.

"If he gave the penalty and that was the winner then that would have been an absolute injustice,

"It's another point to try and get us moving forward. The effort needs to be matched when we go to Burnley next week."

  17. Never a dull momentpublished at 16:12 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

    Arsenal v Leeds (16:30 GMT)

    Leeds United

Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds have scored and conceded 22 goals away from home in the top flight this season - only Leicester City and Manchester City have scored more.

But only Southampton and West Brom have conceded more.

  18. 'Brave and dynamic'published at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

    Arsenal v Leeds (16:30 GMT)

    Arsenal

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta on Leeds: "They're a really brave, dynamic and attacking side. The have a great coach, great coaching staff who are all involved and a bunch of players who believe 100% in what they do.

"They go into every game with the same energy and enthusiasm to get the points."

  19. 'A point to build on'published at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

FT: West Brom 1-1 Man Utd

    West Bromwich Albion

West Brom defender Kyle Bartley, speaking to Sky Sports: "I'm a little bit of disappointment we haven't got the three points. The lads were fantastic, we stuck to the game plan for 95 minutes and had some good chances.

"A point against United is always a good result, it's something we can build on."

On Harry Maguire saying United deserved to win: "I think it's because he had one chance at the end. We definitely had some good chances and the discipline the lads showed meant we deserved something."

On VAR denying United a penalty: "It didn't look a foul in real time. I'm not a massive fan of VAR personally but today it's gone in our favour.

"I said to the boys before the game that everyone had written us off. All the pressure is off. We know the spirit is still there. Hopefully we can build on this.

"Sam Allardyce keeps drilling into us every single day, he's desperate for us to get a clean sheet. Hopefully we can do that next week."

  20. 'Gunners to edge it'published at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 14 February 2021

    Arsenal v Leeds (16:30 GMT)

    Mark Lawrenson
    BBC football expert

When these two sides met at Elland Road in November, Arsenal had Nicolas Pepe sent off and, despite Leeds creating loads of chances and hitting the woodwork three times, it ended up as the only goalless draw Marcelo Bielsa's side have had in 24 games in all competitions this season.

There will be goals this time, though, I am sure of it. Leeds were too good for Crystal Palace on Monday, while Arsenal have been hard done by to lose both of their past two games, against Wolves and Aston Villa.

I'm expecting an open game and I'm going with the Gunners to edge it, although they will have to keep 11 players on the pitch if they want to take the three points.

    Prediction: 2-1
