GOAL - Leeds 2-0 Southamptonpublished at 77 mins

    Stuart Dallas

    All over.

Leeds finally get their second of the game and wrap up the three points.

Helder Costa breaks forward on the counter-attack, he ignores the run of Raphinha but the space opens up for a pass to Stuart Dallas on the edge of the box.

The Northern Irishman takes a heavy touch but no Saints defender engages, allowing himself to stretch and convert a good, old fashioned to-poke into the bottom corner.

Just under 15 minutes remaining, Leeds should have had more of a comfortable lead by now.

    Can Saints snatch an equaliser?

I'll swap Steve Bruce for RH in a second!

It's not Ralph. The only reason Southampton aren't in the bottom three is because of him. The players aren't good enough. The board have done nothing to push the team forward. They're definitely going down. Fulham will catch them

Still 1-0 to Leeds, can Southampton create anything?

James Ward-Prowse has a go from range but it is catching practice for Illan Meslier.

In the next move, Danny Ings blasts one over from the edge of the D.

This is a very interesting text...

Southampton surely can't persist with Hasenhuttl much longer, action needs to be taken before Championship football becomes an inevitability. No other manager has survived the sort of results he's produced over such a sustained period.

    Thoughts?

Thumbs up if you agree with Stephen.

    Thumbs down if you don't.

    Leeds 1-0 Southampton

A big blow for Southampton and I think this has been caused by the poor Elland Road pitch.

Oriol Romeu was on a foray forward and then slipped and it looks like he has done himself some damage.

The Spaniard limps off and is replaced by Moussa Djenepo.

He'll probably prefer not to play international football than go for that option, Patrick.

Chris Clee: Oh look Saints have decided to not turn up for the second half. Again

Shamoon, are you sure Patrick Bamford doesn't have a Scottish grandmother? Our need is greater than yours.

    Leeds 1-0 Southampton

Patrick Bamford scoring at one end and saving a goal at the other.

Giant defender Jannik Vestergaard meets James Ward-Prowse's corner and heads it down goalwards, but the Leeds striker is on hand to hack the ball off the line.

Fellow defender Mohammed Salisu has a go from range but cannot keep his effort down.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 61 mins

    Leeds 1-0 Southampton

How many chances do Leeds want to waste?

Again, Raphinha is the architect, finding space in behind like all good players do and then being able to find a team-mate in Diego Llorente, but the Spaniard's first-time strike is brilliantly kept out by Alex McCarthy flying across his goal.

Patrick Bamford has been directly involved in 18 Premier League goals this season, scoring 13 and assisting five more. The only Englishman with more goal involvements is Harry Kane (24).

Best check that passport is in date.
