Gareth Southgate was pretty ruthless there. I feel a bit for Patrick Bamford. He didn't get lots of opportunities and I thought his hold up play was quite good, but he was outnumbered really against a team that has shown very little intent.

Harry Kane immediately shows why he is a very different player to Patrick Bamford. He picks the ball up near halfway and whips a cross into the box towards where the man he replaced would have been. Andorra's keeper claims it.

Jordi Rubio is the latest Andorra player booked, for a foul on Bukayo Saka. That is three visiting players with yellows now.

It's the speed of passing. Needs to be quicker, crisper. Andorra finding it too easy to reorganise.

England try to go a bit more route one with a ball up to Patrick Bamford that he nods down to Jesse Lingard, who turns and fires over.

You can see the gulf in class but England are finding it tricky to break Andorra down.

It looks as though the trial of Trent Alexander-Arnold in midfield is over. He's currently at right-back and Recce James has swapped with him and is in centre midfield.

Oh. Nearly. Bukayo Saka is released down the right by a lovely first-time pass from Jordan Henderson. The Arsenal man's low ball is designed for Patrick Bamford to finish from close range but in dives Christian Garcia to deny him.

Every England player but Sam Johnstone is in the Andorra half. To be honest, the home keeper could be sat in row Y if he wanted.

Reece James, like Trent Alexander-Arnold is such a forward-looking full-back. That was a superb effort. He cuts inside and just curls his shot. Would have been a fine goal.

That was one heck of a strike by Reece James. The keeper was floundering - he was nowhere near it.

Boom! Reece James leaves the crossbar rattling with a stroked effort from range. So close to England's second.

It fell to Bamford on the half volley. He just needed to stroke it in but he swiped at it.
