  5. Kamberi looking livelypublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hamilton Academical

Dons striker Florian Kamberi is looking really sharp early on with a couple of lovely touches and bits of link-up play in the opening stages before centre-back Aaron Martin clatters him with a sliding challenge.

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    St Johnstone 0-0 Hibernian

A long free-kick finds Guy Melamed, but the striker can't quite control of the ball and it runs harmlessly through to Hibs goalkeeper Ofir Marciano.

From the goal kick, Martin Boyle races into the St Johnstone box and hits the deck after a brush with Saints defender Liam Gordon, but despite some half-hearted protests, the referee waves play on.

  7. Postpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Rangers 0-0 St Mirren

It's Joe Aribo with the opening effort at Ibrox as the midfielder's rasping 25-yard shot is held at the second attempt by former Rangers goalkeeper Jak Alnwick.

  8. Postpublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Ross County 0-0 Kilmarnock

The home side have made a lively start to this game, a number of threatening crosses being lobbed into the Kilmarnock box, but no clear chances as of yet.

Plenty of intent from County so far.

  9. Steelmen make solid startpublished at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Motherwell 0-0 Livingston

It's been an uncomfortable start to the match for Livingston at Fir Park.

Motherwell are doing their best to hem the visitors in deep inside their own half and Livi are resorting to long balls.

Tony Watt cuts in from the left and flashes a shot wide of the Livingston goal as Motherwell probe for the opening goal.

  10. GREAT SAVES!published at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Motherwell 0-0 Livingston

Early chance for Motherwell as Jordan Roberts capitalises on Aaron Taylor-Sinclair's weak header back to Ross McCrorie and fires in a shot that the goalkeeper has to deal with.

Well keep up the pressure and Stephen O'Donnell tests the Livingston goalkeeper moments later.

  11. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hamilton Academical

The home side pose a threat instantly as wing-back Jonny Hayes whips in a dangerous cross from the left, but Scott McMann deals with it well.

  13. Postpublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

The teams are emerging from the tunnels around the country.

Much anticipation as always, especially at Ibrox. Will Rangers take another major step to that title and put a final nail in Celtic's hopes of a 10th consecutive title?

  14. Can Saints repeat January win?published at 14:58 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    St Johnstone v Hibernian (15:00)

St Johnstone are unbeaten in three outings, including that first League Cup final triumph, but need a win to retain an outside chance of stealing a top-six finish.

Hibs will hope that last weekend's home defeat by Motherwell, which ended a run of four consecutive wins, is a mere blip on their way to clinching third place.

They will be looking to avoid a repeat of the 3-0 defeat they suffered in Perth in January.

  15. Warning signs for Killiepublished at 14:56 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Ross County v Kilmarnock (15:00)

Kilmarnock have travelled to Dingwall having failed to win in nine games but at least ended a run of eight defeats with that draw last weekend at home to Dundee United.

They are unbeaten against County in three meetings but haven't won in three visits to the Highland town.

Fail again and relegation fears will intensify in Ayrshire.

  16. Pressure on Dons and Acciespublished at 14:55 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Aberdeen v Hamilton Academical (15:00)

Aberdeen's hopes of beating Hibs to third have taken a blow after only two wins in their latest 12 games.

They will fancy their chances against visitors who sit bottom of the table, but Accies have shown signs of their battling qualities and have only lost once in their last five outings - although only one of those was a victory.

Hamilton haven't beaten Aberdeen in five meetings but only have to go back to February 2019 for their last win at Pittodrie, when they enjoyed a 2-0 success.

  17. What a journey for Rangerspublished at 14:52 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Rangers v St Mirren (15:00)

Eight years ago next week, Rangers were suffering a shock home defeat by part-timers Annan Athletic after finding themselves down in the fourth tier following the financial implosion at Ibrox.

Ally McCoist survived that crisis to start the move up the leagues from there and Steven Gerrard has accelerated the progress to a point where it is only a matter of time before they secure their first top-flight title in 10 years.

A win today and they would be one point away from it.

  18. We are still in the hunt for third - McInnespublished at 14:49 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Aberdeen v Hamilton Academical (15:00)

Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes says he was keen to get strikers Callum Hendry and Florian Kamberi starting together as they line up as a pair at Pittodrie this afternoon.

"We resisted temptation to do it last week," McInnes tells BBC Sportsound.

"But we feel this game is one we had to go with two up front. We're keen to get service to them and put pressure on the Hamilton backline.

"We've set ourselves a target of what we need to do to finish third. A big part of that process is winning home games and games like today."

  19. Confidence hasn't dipped - Wrightpublished at 14:46 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Ross County v Kilmarnock (15:00)

Kilmarnock manager Tommy Wright tells BBC Sport Scotland that, despite his team's poor run, their confidence is still intact.

"We're coming into this game full of confidence and believing that we can win," he says.

"Confidence in general hasn't been too bad, the training has been high quality and high tempo since I've come in. We just need to get that extra bit of quality in the last third.

"We do believe, in the games we've played, we should have had more points, but that's the harsh reality of football and the confidence has never dipped too badly."

  20. We're in good spirits - Ricepublished at 14:42 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March 2021

    Aberdeen v Hamilton Academical (15:00)

Hamilton head coach Brian Rice tells BBC Sportsound: "It's a match we are really looking forward to.

"Whatever happens today won't determine the final positions, but we know what we need to do and where we need to get to.

"I've every faith in the boys. We are in a good run and we are in good spirits."
