    St Johnstone 0-0 Ross County

Ross Laidlaw takes a sore one, as the Ross County goalkeeper stretches for a looping cross and clatters into a post.

He jumps up instantly and tries to pretend it doesn't hurt, but his face and the subsequent limp suggest it may have stung more than he's letting on.

A statement from the club reads: "Dundee United FC stand today with Glen Kamara, and others who suffer at the hands of racism.

What a start for Kilmarnock - just what they wanted.

Kelly will feel he should have done better.

"We've made it hard for ourselves with how we've started the season but the lads have been terrific getting us back into contention."

  11. Goodwin not feeling top-six pressurepublished at 14:57 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

Hamilton Academical v St Mirren (15:00)

St Mirren manager Jim Goodwin tells Sportsound: "We've had a brilliant week's training, there's a buzz about the place, the boys are really excited. There's no nerves, no stress, really calm and looking forward to it.

"Top-six has been my ambition from the day I took the job. Hopefully we can do that for everyone connected with the club.

"We fully respect the opposition, but I can only see one outcome and I expect us to win."

Goodwin explains that Collin Qanar was due to lead the line up front along with Jon Obika but pulled up injured and has been replaced with Lee Erwin.

  12. Rice hails Easton on 399th appearancepublished at 14:55 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

Hamilton Academical v St Mirren (15:00)

Hamilton head coach Brian Rice pays tribute to captain Brian Easton, the defender who is making his 399th Accies appearance.

"Brian Easton started his career here, got a good move down to Burnley, had a good career down there, and come back to Scotland," he tells BBC Scotland. "He's everything you want at a club. He's an inspiration to the young kids, he's a role model and he's still playing and I'm delighted he's signed for another year."

Can Easton captain Hamilton to safety this season?

Rice has to do without young defender Jamie Hamilton, who misses out through injury and who his boss thinks will go on to have an illustrious career, but hopes his side can again defy the relegation odds.

"We are where we are supposed to be - probably just above where we should be if I listen to some punters," he says. "We know what our target is. If they give everything out there, what more can I ask?"

  13. Davidson aims to tempt Tanser with new dealpublished at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

St Johnstone v Ross County (15:00)

St Johnstone boss Callum Davidson has not given up hope of keeping Scott Tanser at the club. The left-back is among the subs today and the 26-year-old will be a free agent at the end of the season.

"He wants to wait and see but I'm working hard to keep him," says Davidson. "Down south is his preferred option but I'll try and push the boat with an offer he needs to think about."

  14. Martindale sets sights on fourth placepublished at 14:51 Greenwich Mean Time 20 March 2021

    Livingston v Hibernian (15:00)

Livingston manager David Martindale: "There was a little bit of pressure on the boys because we stumbled over the line [to finish top six] but I think it was in the making four or five games previously and we didn't pick up the results we needed. I've seen a bit of relief from the boys and hopefully that helps today.

"Try and go for fourth that's our ambition. You've got to try and catch the team above. Ultimately, we've got to try and finish no lower than fifth. We've got to chase that European spot but worst case scenario fifth potentially gets you into Europe anyway."

"I'm happy with the position we're in but, with the stage of the season we're at, we need to keep winning games to ensure that we finish there."

On reinstating Kevin Nisbet to his forward line.

"His impact last week when he came on was good and he had the big boost of being called up to the national team. He's trained like someone who feels good about themselves hopefully we see that in his performance today."
