    Brentford 0-0 Birmingham

If this one ends goalless it'll be a fourth consecutive draw for Brentford, who look like they may have to settle for the play-offs again.

For fourth-bottom Birmingham it would be a more than useful point which would take Lee Bowyer's side seven points clear of the drop.

    Brentford 0-0 Birmingham

I guess I'd better give you an update on this game!

Third-placed Brentford have been the better side in this second half but have found Birmingham keeper Neil Etheridge in exceptional form.

Bryan Mbeumo gets his head to Emiliano Marcondes' cross but Etheridge dives to his left to save.

There's around 12 minutes of normal time left.

    HT: Norwich 5-0 Huddersfield

We've just been discussing this between us at BBC towers and we're struggling to name a better 45-minute performance from a team in the Championship, well, ever.

This has been absolutely superb from Norwich, whose 5-0 lead at the break almost flatters Huddersfield.

Have you ever seen a better first-half display from a Championship team? Surely this Norwich side are better equipped to make a decent fist of it in the Premier League next season?

No words can really do that Norwich first-half performance justice. But I'll try.

    Ruthless, incessant, slick, genius.

Emi Buendia, Todd Cantwell and Teemu Pukki are Premier League quality players and I won't hear otherwise.

  7. INJURY TIMEpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Norwich 5-0 Huddersfield

One minute added on at the end of this quite extraordinary half of football.

    Norwich 5-0 Huddersfield

That goal was so good I forgot to say that sleet/snow has started falling heavily at Carrow Road.

Huddersfield will be praying the game can somehow be called off! Not that it will, of course.

Unbelievably this it the first time Norwich have scored more than four goals in a game under Daniel Farke.

  9. goal

GOAL: Norwich 5-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Kieran Dowell (42 mins)

What an amazing team goal. This is a privilege to watch.

Emi Buendia plays a sumptuous one-two with Kieran Dowell - the type that belongs in the Champions League - and just when you expect Buendia to roll it in he plays it back to Dowell, who applies the finishing touch.

Norwich are toying with Huddersfield. It's not even half-time.

  10. Postpublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Norwich 4-0 Huddersfield

Teemu Pukki's good, but not quite that good.

He lets the ball bounce and tries a half-volley from a long way out for his hat-trick, but the ball goes into orbit.

Norwich are another level here. They've blown Huddersfield away.

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:22 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Norwich 4-0 Huddersfield

    So nearly five for Norwich!

Kenny McLean lays off a free-kick for Emi Buendia, who's fantastic dipping strike cannons off the bar.

Huddersfield keeper Joel Pereira had the best view in the house as he watched it.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:19 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Brentford 0-0 Birmingham

The Championship's leading scorer Ivan Toney is put through on goal by a neat Sergi Canos flick but the Brentford striker is denied by a top-draw Neil Etheridge save.

You'd expect him to put that one away but it's a fantastic stop to keep Birmingham level.

  13. goal

GOAL: Norwich 4-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:16 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Todd Cantwell (29 mins)

Norwich have a real swagger about them and it's 4-0 inside 30 minutes!

Max Aarons fizzes one infield for Emi Buendia, who turns his marker and feeds Todd Cantwell for a sweeping finish past the helpless Joel Pereira.

Huddersfield simply have on answer to this.

    Norwich 3-0 Huddersfield

We saw relegation strugglers Sheffield Wednesday put five past Cardiff on Easter Monday.

This could be anything for Norwich, the way things are going.

The Premier League surely beckons once again for Daniel Farke's side.

  15. goal

GOAL: Norwich 3-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:10 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Emi Buendia (24 mins)

Norwich v HuddersfieldImage source, Getty Images

This is already getting ugly for Huddersfield.

Emi Buendia has all the time in the world with the ball at his feet outside the box, so the Argentine gets his head up and picks out the bottom corner.

It's an assist for Teemu Pukki to add to his two goals already. Norwich are at their free-flowing best.

  16. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:10 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Brentford 0-0 Birmingham

Still goalless here after 50 minutes.

Brentford's Mads Roerslev wants a penalty after going down under a challenge in the Birmingham box as he tried getting to Mads Bech Sorensen's cross.

It would've been a soft one and play goes on.

  17. goal

GOAL: Norwich 2-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Teemu Pukki (20 mins)

It's that man again. Ruthless. It's a beautiful finish.

Norwich knock the ball around in their own half and the exquisite Emi Buendia bends a perfect pass behind the Huddersfield defence for Teemu Pukki, who takes a touch, steadies himself and smashes in.

It's a second for the Finland striker and the Canaries are well on their well to going eight points clear at the top.

  18. Second halfpublished at 20:05 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Brentford 0-0 Birmingham

They're back under way in West London.

Can third-placed Brentford find a breakthrough to keep their automatic promotion hopes alive and kicking?

Or will struggling Birmingham get a result?

  19. Postpublished at 20:03 British Summer Time 6 April 2021

    Norwich 1-0 Huddersfield

A bit better from the visitors.

Juninho Bacuna drives forward, plays a one-two and slices his effort, which loops not too far over Tim Krul's crossbar.

Huddersfield are capable of playing some nice stuff, it's just the consistency that's lacking.

Things have escalated somewhat at Brunton Park!

Two goals in three minutes from Jon Mellish have put Carlisle 2-0 up against Scunthorpe.
