Pah, Austria level against the Faroes elsewhere in Group F.
Aleksander Dragovic with the equaliser.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Jack Hendry is the first yellow card of the game.
He's booked for a follow through, but it appears harsh - he had won the ball and his momentum took him into the opponent.
The resulting free-kick drifts towards the back post but there's no-one there for the home side to nod it in.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Scotland goalkeeper David Marshall is tested for the first time.
Dor Peretz gets too much space inside the box and cracks a shot at goal, but Marshall stands up well to block it, and Scotland get it clear.
Ofri Arad also gets a shot at goal but it's wide from a fair distance out.
The visitors are under a bit of sustained pressure here.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Eran Zahavi thumps a shot towards goal, but David Marshall doesn't have a save to make as Grant Hanley gets his body in the way to block.
A shock on the cards on the other group match?
Faroe Islands have taken the lead away to Austria through Sonni Nattestad.
Great news for Scotland if it stays like that.
A reminder Denmark beat Moldova 8-0 in the earlier kick-off.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
A second corner kick of the game for Scotland.
Andrew Robertson delivers it and Grant Hanley makes his way towards the ball, but is a little too eager and concedes a free-kick.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
David Marshall has to race from his box and clear the danger as a long ball gets between Scotland's back line.

Quote MessageThe midfield seems really stretched. It seems very easy for Israel to go from back to front as there is so much space in midfield.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Good pressing play from Scotland forces Israel into an error.
Andrew Robertson collects the ball in midfield, sends Ryan Fraser clear on the right, and Scott McTominay lifts his shot over the bar.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
This time it's Scotland who go close. They win their first corner of the game, Scott McTominay rises highest and sends his header towards the far post, and it's not too far away.
It has been a good game of football in the opening 10 minutes.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
A nervy moment for Scotland as Manor Solomon takes aim at goal and really should hit the target with the space he was given, but he puts it wide of the left-hand post.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Scotland's rugby team won at Twickenham for the first time since 1983, and in Paris for the first time since 1999.
Scotland's football team have reached a major finals for the first time since 1998.
Now, can they win in Israel for the first time since a Paul McStay goal in 1986?
Israel 0-0 Scotland

Quote MessageI hope we go on and do the business tonight. It's a game I am wary of as if we don't win this one, we could be in trouble this early on in the group.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
PSV striker Eran Zahavi, who has 24 goals for his country, flashes a shot wide of the post for the home side. John McGinn did enough to put him off.
Early chances for both sides.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
Callum McGregor finds a pocket of space outside the box and decides to take the shot on, but it's off target.
Israel 0-0 Scotland
We're underway in Tel Aviv. Scotland in their light blue away top.
Here we go.
Israel v Scotland (19:45)
Scotland must 'do what we did in November' in their second World Cup qualifier according to manager Steve Clarke.
The Scots drew 2-2 with Austria on Thursday night and are in Israel for a sixth match between the pair since 2018.
Israel were beaten by Denmark at home in their opening match. This match will also be played in front of a small crowd at the Bloomfield Stadium.
"I think it's just a case of trying to do what we did in November," Clarke told Sky Sports. "I think when you have three games in a short space of time, you need fresh legs in more attacking areas.
"We have gone with the same defence to get some familiarity there. We have good options in midfield.
"It's going to be nice to play in front of fans so hopefully they won't be too noisy as we want to quieten them down. But it will be nice to have an atmosphere."

"I think a win would be a very good away victory.
"If we say that we are looking at second spot just now, if you don't win tonight, I think it's a bit of a setback off the back of the draw at home against Austria.
"If you don't win tonight it's a depressing start for us so at the very least it has to be a point."
Israel v Scotland (19:45)
Up to 5,000 fans will be allowed in to the game tonight, which will actually be an odd feeling since it's been well over a year since that many were in a Scottish football stadium.
Can't wait for the day we can say the words "There will be 50,000 at Hampden tonight". Fingers crossed it's sooner rather than later.
