  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 84 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Changes for Southampton. Last throw of the dice as Kyle Walker-Peters and Ryan Bertrand are replaced by Nathan Tella and Mohamed Salisu.

  2. Postpublished at 82 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Kelechi Iheanacho is limping. Looks like he stretched a bit too much to try and cut out a pass in the Southampton defence.

He's continuing for now as Jamie Vardy runs onto a ball inside the box but is flagged offside.

I would like to see Southampton push Stuart Armstrong into a more central number 10 role - he's gone missing in and out of the game today and they need a goal and to get that they need an assist. So if they could allow him to be a bit closer to the middle, closer to Che Adams and Danny Ings. They've got nothing to lose now, the manager needs to make a change.

  4. CLOSE!published at 79 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

    James Maddison is getting closer!

Leicester pass the ball around nicely to put Maddison into space and he launches one from distance that is well hit but just wide.

Maddison has certainly had a positive impact since coming on, just needs one of these efforts to find the target.

This was a great chance by Ibrahima Diallo. Hit it well but just wide. Southampton still looking to register a first shot on target.

  6. Postpublished at 76 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Big chance to finish this off for Leicester as Kelechi Iheanacho collects the ball midway inside the Southampton half and runs towards the box. He waits for support in the shape of James Maddison before passing but Maddison puts too much behind his shot and the ball flies well over.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 73 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Another change for Southampton as they look to get back level. On comes Theo Walcott for Moussa Djenepo.

Watch the goal that has Leicester currently on course to reach the FA Cup final.

Youri Tielemans is just keeping everything simple, organising everything around him, they're nice and compact. Southampton are finding it quite difficult because they can't get in behind and every time they play through their touch isn't quite on point.

  10. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

James Maddison is immediately involved as he wins a free kick. He's clearly still not yet up to match speed though as he launches the ball over everyone's heads and behind.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 68 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

On comes James Maddison as he replaces Ayoze Perez.

  12. Postpublished at 67 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

All Southampton possession at the moment as Brendan Rodgers prepares to send on James Maddison. The Foxes certainly need to do something as they've barely had a touch since scoring.

Frustrating to see Southampton come alive now when they've gone a goal behind. They've kept everything tight and then gone a goal down and the manager could now be saying 'go for it' but you just think, why didn't they start like that?

Southampton's trademark when they have been at their best under manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has been their intensity - and they need to find some very quickly because the Saints have been laboured.

Che Adams is on to help Danny Ings up front. He has been starved of service so far.

  15. CLOSE!published at 65 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Where was this Southampton all game?

Leicester are under some real pressure at the moment as now Ibrahima Diallo hits a decent strike just wide of the upright.

  16. Postpublished at 63 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Crucial intervention by Caglar Soyuncu as he does enough to put off Danny Ings inside the area before he runs out of space to get a decent shot off. There's a few shouts for a penalty but nothing given.

  17. Postpublished at 62 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Che Adams almost has an immediate impact as he is found by Danny Ings inside the box. The substitute tries to make a bit of space for himself but his shot is blocked.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 60 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Leicester also make a change as Ricardo Pereira is replaced by Marc Albrighton.

Okay, so there are only 4000 spectators but this really feels like football is back. And I'm loving it!

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 57 mins

    Leicester 1-0 Southampton

Southampton respond by winning a corner as Moussa Djenepo's cross is deflected behind.

Before the corner is taken the Saints make a change as Che Adams replaces Nathan Redmond.

Kasper Schmeichel then pushes away James Ward-Prowse's delivery.
