Southampton are setting traps for Fulham, they want to play out and play at a nice tempo, Scott Parker has got them playing but ultimately they're not going forward with that play. They're still in their third or the middle third and then it's easy for Southampton to get on top of them and force mistakes. Fulham haven't got into anything really in creating anything in front of the Southampton goal.

Southampton keeper Alex McCarthy gets lucky as he fumbles a simple catch from a Kenny Tete cross but recovers before it lands to a Fulham player.

Fulham are causing their own problems, Bobby Decordova-Reid there playing back to the goalkeeper almost getting caught out. The pitch is wet so the ball is not travelling as quick as you would expect.

Fulham are not sorting their feet out, they're not getting into some good areas they keep playing backwards. Do we give Southampton credit for that for putting them under the pressure and pressing? Fulham have got to be better on the ball than they have been.

It looks as if this free-kick might be too close for James Ward-Prowse so he hits his shot to the side of the wall instead of over it but Alphonse Areola parries it away.

You know what's not a good idea? Conceding a free-kick against Southampton on the edge of the box. But that is what's happened. Ola Aina has to foul Takumi Minamino after a poor first touch.
