  1. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:37 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

And the Chelsea fans see a goal at Stamford Bridge on their return.

Nope, the cheers quickly turn to jeers as Timo Werner's low strike is chalked off for offside.

How many goals has he had disallowed this season?

  2. goal

GOAL - Brighton 3-2 Man Citypublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Dan Burn

    Listen to that noise!

From 2-0 down, Brighton lead the champions thanks to a first goal for the club by Dan Burn.

The defender's initial attempt is saved by Ederson but Burn finds the net when the rebound falls back into his path.

    What an incredible game.

    Matthew Upson
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

It was a classic scenario of a player dwelling on the ball in the box, not realising that the centre forward is sniffing around behind him. As he pulled back to kick the ball clear, Werner just steps aside and puts the foot across the front of him where the ball is and Tielemens kicks through the back of his leg and I can't understand how he can give a free-kick the other way. I can't see what the referee has seen there.

  4. Postpublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Brighton 2-2 Man City

Bernardo Silva has been booked for dissent during Brighton's celebrations. City were clearly unhappy with something but Brighton have given this a really good go to set up a grandstand finish.

  5. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Saturday's FA Cup final hero Youri Tielemans almost goes from hero to zero as he attempts to clear but catches Timo Werner in the box instead.

Mike Dean blows his whistle, yep, it has to be a penalty.

But no, he gives a free-kick to Leicester instead.

    Hmmm.

The pressure from Chelsea is phenomenal. They are just pressing and pressing and pressing. They really have set the tempo of this game.

  7. goal

GOAL - Brighton 2-2 Man Citypublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Adam Webster

    What a header!

Pascal Gross sends an inviting cross into the box and Adam Webster - who has not scored this season - leaps above the City defence to nod it beyond the diving hands of Ederson.

City's players are protesting about something but the goal stands.

Ben: Werner gives the ball away, then sprints back and makes a great tackle in the corner. Fantastic effort and attitude on display.

  9. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

Stuart Attwell's patience is wearing thin. The referee has just had a word with Fernandinho about another piece of time wasting from the champions. More of that and you sense the yellow cards will start appearing.

  10. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

It's settle down a bit now after that early spell of pressure from Chelsea.

Leicester yet to make any inroads on the Blues backline.

They won't care, they won the FA Cup.

I've missed this noise. Jeers and whistles echo around the Amex as Ederson takes his time with a goalkick following a wild attempt by Yves Bissouma.

  12. Postpublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Brighton 1-2 Man City

It's not often a team bosses possession against City but Brighton are doing just that. The 10-man visitors, however, are so dangerous on the counter as Phil Foden demonstrated earlier. Around 25 minutes of normal time remaining.

  13. CLOSE!published at 20:24 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea are peppering the Leicester goal.

Ben White smashes it from the edge of the box and it's heading straight for the net before it smacks into Oleksandr Zinchenko.

That's going to hurt but Zinchenko has saved his team there.

    FT: Man Utd 1-1 Fulham

    Fulham

Fulham left-back Joe Bryan speaking to Sky Sports: I was pretty terrible in the first half but it was nice to get a goal. Everyone knows we've had a really tough season. I think we really did deserve a point at least tonight.

We're all massively disappointed with the result of this season but we'll try to regroup and get a result in front of our fans on Sunday.

[On playing in front of fans again] Running out brought a smile back to everyone's face even though they're away fans. It's an entertainment industry.

We're all professional. We all understand the nature of the industry. We're all fully committed to getting fans back up to this great league.

  16. CLOSE!published at 20:21 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea, cheered on by the home fans, have been excellent so far and Reece James gets forward before a daisycutter drifts just wide of Kasper Schmeichel's right-hand post.

  17. CLOSE!published at 20:20 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Brighton 1-2 Man City

Pascal Gross so close to an equaliser!

The ball is whipped into the six yard area and Gross sticks out a leg.

    Somehow City survive.

  18. CLOSE!published at 20:19 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

A sharp start from Chelsea courtesy of Timo Werner's turn and burst forward before feeding former Fox Ben Chilwell.

Thomas Tuchel spins around on the touchline in frustration.

  20. 'I don't think I got a touch'published at 20:18 British Summer Time 18 May 2021

    FT Man Utd 1-1 Fulham

    Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes speaking to Match of the Day: "It was really good [to have fans back]. I played like four. It's such a good feeling you know. We know how important fans are to football so it was really nice to have them back. We didn't give them what we wanted with the victory.

"We pressed a lot. We had many chances to do it but we don't do it. You shoot, you try and the ball doesn't go in but sometimes that happens. We'll put our heads down and focus on the next game.

[On whether he got a touch before Cavani's goal] "Honestly I didn't feel the touch. The referee said I touched the ball. How it is, I don't care honestly. I always say the most important goal is the one that hits the net, it doesn't matter who gets the goal or the assist."
