Mark Duffell: Moment of the season. Nat Phillips scores. Roy of the Rovers stuff. Brilliant
Nat Phillips
Andy Robertson finds Sadio Mane on the overlap. He teases Johann Gudmundsson then puts it on a plate for Nat Phillips to nod in.
A header Alisson would be proud of.
West Brom 1-1 West Ham
Said Benrahma weaves inside off the right, slips in Pablo Fornals but his curling effort is just wide of the far post.
Decent effort!
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Mohamed Salah has space to shoot in the box. Charlie Taylor cuts out the angle across goal so Salah has to go for the near post and there's not much space.
He drags it just wide.
FT: Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace midfielder Andros Townsend to BBC Sport on Roy Hodgson: "I owe the last eight years of my career to him. He gave me a chance at the age of 22 for England, my first 11 caps and 100 Premier League games. He’s made me into a better player, into a better man. I wish him the best.
"He’s been incredible. Palace are seen as a Premier League outfit and that’s down to him. Before him we were flirting with relegation every year. He’s made us a solid Premier League outfit."
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Jack Cork slips as he tries to control the ball in the box. Georginio Wijnaldum picks up the loose ball and clears for Liverpool.
The Burnley supporters want a penalty but they won't get one for that.
West Brom 1-1 West Ham
Matheus Pereira tries it again!
He puts the corner straight on top of Darren Randolph and he has to push it over the bar!
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Mohamed Salah keeps it in near the right touchline, feeds in Thiago and Roberto Firmino tries to flick it back through to Salah.
Burnley then break down the right but Chris Wood is pushed wide.
West Brom 1-1 West Ham
And off we go again at The Hawthorns.
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Josh Brownhill moves it on to Chris Wood and he gets himself into space on the left. He tries to curl it towards the bottom right corner but it won't beat Alisson.
Burnley have a corner seconds later though. Good start to the half.
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Back under way at Turf Moor. Any response from Burnley? Any more goals to settle the nerves from Liverpool?

Alan Ferguson: Glad it is 1-0 to us. Also amazed it’s 1-0. Our finishing is shocking and Burnley done a few favours not finishing their chances
Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa
Aston Villa
Aston Villa manager Dean Smith speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "I think we're guaranteed 11th now and that's some progress for the club. We have been inconsistent in the second half of the season but our best player has missed 13 games.
"We saw a confident Jack Grealish today and 20 attempts on goal tells you the intent was there. Today he looked confident and assured and when you have a Jack Grealish like that the opposition have to be aware."
On Ollie Watkins: "He's the best pressing centre forward in the league in my opinion. He earned the goal himself. It was a great performance from Ollie and he'll probably feel he could have had a couple more."
On Harry Kane: "He's outstanding, his movement, how he can link up play, his finishing as well. He's an outstanding individual as well."
On his side's progress: "It was a really good performance. We have passed some teams in this league now and I believe we'll get better next season."
HT: West Brom 1-1 West Ham
Oh and that West Brom opener has been given to Matheus Pereira as opposed to an own goal from Tomas Soucek now.
They reckon the corner delivery was going to straight in. Nice!
HT: West Brom 1-1 West Ham
West Ham can't finish any higher than sixth as it stands but they could do with a goal here to really boost their Europa League qualification hopes going into the final day.
They are currently a point above Spurs and Everton. Tottenham lost to Aston Villa earlier, of course, while the Blues nudged past Wolves thanks to Richarlison's winner.

I think that Liverpool fan called Callum spoke a bit too soon
From a Liverpool fan called Tom who thinks Firmino has had a pretty decent season
FT: Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson's on-pitch speech: "I’m disappointed we didn’t get a better result tonight. Our second-half performance deserved better.
"We would so much have liked to finish the season here with a good result and sent you home a bit happier. It’s been wonderful to see you back here. The noise you made and support you made was first class and spurred the players on.
"As I said many times yesterday it’s been a real privilege to manage this club. I’ve been blessed with a fanstic group of players. We were very close to winning tonight. That’s what you’ve made to some extent by your support.
"I shall miss everyone. I shall miss football. It’s been a fantastic journey for me and I’ve really enjoyed the last four years. I know I’m leaving the club in a very good place and you’ll se a lot of good Premier League football next season."
HT: Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
As it stands, that Roberto Firmino goal has pushed Liverpool up into fourth place. There's just one point separating Chelsea in third and Leicester in fifth.
Liverpool are ahead of Leicester on goal difference.
Leicester are at home to Tottenham, Chelsea are at Villa and Liverpool host Crystal Palace on the final day.
GET THE POPCORN.

Alex Howell
BBC Sport at Selhurst Park
Not the ending Roy Hodgson would have wanted but he’ll still get a great send off. Most fans have stayed behind to show their appreciation.
