West Brom 1-1 West Ham
Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live
We've hardly seen anything from West Ham in an attacking sense but it comes because finally one of their players wins a 50-50 tackle. Antonio is about 20 yards from the area, wins the first then wriggles away and suddenly the ball is out wide and Soucek comes in.
West Brom 1-1 West Ham
West Ham are level. Tomas Soucek was onside according to the drawn on lines.
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
Liverpool are leading at half time.
FT: Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
There is a celebration for Roy Hodgson on the pitch. "Our best ever Premier League manager" says the stadium announcer.
It looks like most of the Palace fans have hung around for this one. He gets a signed photo and something in a box and he applauds the fans.
The 73-year-old Palace fan leaves the club at the end of the season.
Tomas Soucek
Said Benrahma slides it across the six-yard area and Tomas Soucek is there to poke it in at the back post.
VAR will have a look to make sure he's onside.
Burnley 0-1 Liverpool
That was Liverpool's first shot on target from Roberto Firmino.
He has scored in each of his last three Premier League appearances at Turf Moor.
West Brom 1-0 West Ham
There's a scramble in the Hammers box as West Brom send cross, shot and header into the box before the offside flag goes up for Kyle Bartley.
FT: Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
As things stand...
Spurs, West Ham and Everton are on 59 points (if West Ham lose) and Arsenal are on 58 points. They need to overtake two of those teams on the final day to qualify for the Europa Conference League play-off.
Roberto Firmino
It comes over to Sadio Mane on the left. He links up with Andy Robertson on the overlap and it's cut back into the centre.
Roberto Firmino latches on to it and diverts it first time past the keeper, evading the sliding defenders in front of him.
Will that set Liverpool loose now?
West Brom 1-0 West Ham
Simon Stone
BBC Sport at The Hawthorns
This has been a pretty decent game, with both sides having chances.
The way tonight's results have gone, West Ham could do with an equaliser to give them the advantage in what looks like a very tight battle for Europe.
West Brom wouldn't be going down if they carried as much threat as this every week.

Just like to call out my mates Stu and Charlie for wanting Chelsea to win last night against lovely Leicester. They also need to give their heads a wobble for thinking Firmino has had a really good season.
From a Liverpool fan called Callum that still loves Bobby regardless if he's useless in front of goal
West Brom 1-0 West Ham
West Brom are throwing bodies on the line in defence. West Ham have had a fair few corners but haven't done anything with them.
Burnley 0-0 Liverpool
Nat Phillips is free when it bounces to him in the centre of the box. He chests it down and rushes the half-volley, eventually slicing it over the bar with his shin.
Burnley 0-0 Liverpool
Mohamed Salah carves a pass through to Sadio Mane, using Trent Alexander-Arnold's run as a decoy.
Ben Mee, once again, makes an excellent block in the box.
Crystal Palace 1-3 Arsenal
It's all over. Roy Hodgson's time at Selhurst Park ends with a defeat as Arsenal keep their European dreams alive with two late goals.
Burnley 0-0 Liverpool
Over at Turf Moor, Burnley are still a threat against Liverpool. They get in behind twice in a matter of minutes - the first results in a corner, the second forces a save from Alisson when it comes back out to Dwight McNeil.
Alisson isn't happy. Matt Lowton eventually skies one.
Nicolas Pepe (90+5 mins)
Oh.
Harsh scoreline on Palace as Nicolas Pepe drifts in from the left and sweeps a nice finish into the bottom corner.
West Brom 1-0 West Ham
Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live
West Brom are value for their lead, they are the team pressing for the next goal.
West Brom 1-0 West Ham
More good work from West Brom. They get in down the left but Hal Robson-Kanu's shot on the cut-back is deflected wide.
Not too far away...
