Well this is a huge concern.
Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy collided with the post when diving to try and save Bertrand Traore and it looks like he has done himself some damage.
He has not been able to emerge for the second half and on comes Kepa Arrizabalaga instead.

Nicolas Pepe takes the sting out of it with his left foot then slams it right-footed past Robert Sanchez. That's his 15th goal of the season, and as it stands, Arsenal are above Spurs.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are quite a few home wins today, we've talked about teams having good form away from home but this is now a difficult place for Chelsea to play. They need to just calm down a little bit - they're losing their rag.
