It's going to be chop and change in that top four for the next hour - incredibly interesting. We've gone into a bit of a lull here but there will be a lot happening around the grounds this afternoon.

    Fulham 0-1 Newcastle

Fulham are trying to find a way back into this but you can see why they've only scored nine goals at home this season.

Ivan Cavaleiro has a dig from the edge of the box that flies just over but seven shots has yielded none on target so far.

Nice and easy for Newcastle keeper Martin Dubravka at the moment.

  12. goal

GOAL - Leeds 2-0 West Brompublished at 43 mins

    Kalvin Phillips

It's a first Premier League goal for Kalvin Phillips!

Sam Johnstone will not want to see this one back on Match of the Day later, he'll certainly feel he should have kept it out.

England international Phillips is able to curl a free-kick just beyond the reach of Johnstone from about 25 yards out.

That Harry Kane goal not only helps Liverpool and Chelsea in the race for the top four (denting Leicester in the process), it means he shoots to the top of the Golden Boot race.

He's one ahead of Mohamed Salah now.

    Harry Kane

It's a complete turnaround within the space of a few minutes and not good news for Leicester's Champions League hopes.

Son Heung-min's cross loops up in the box and Harry Kane is in the right place at the right time to smash home on - possibly - his farewell Tottenham appearance.

This is the most difficult game of the three, no disrespect to the others, Chelsea were in pole position and knew that they can dictate and determine what happens - but this is the toughest game and it is padding out to be that way.
