When you consider where Man City were pre-Christmas to where they are now - it's an incredible run. The style they've done it as well, most games without a recognised number nine, they've had to change all that and the players have stood up and performed remarkably well.
Absolutely sensational.
Aymeric Laporte holds the trophy up but he's told to head over to Pep Guardiola. The gaffer wants a go.
Then Guardiola is chased by a champagne handler.
CHAMPERS!
The players get behind the "champions" plaque for some snaps. Sergio Aguero is absolutely drenched in champagne.
I think he may have been targetted...
There's blue everywhere. The fans sing "na, na, na City" as Fernandinho walks off the stage with the trophy in his arms.
Pep Guardiola watches on with a huge smile on his face. He's ready to party.
Manchester City are Premier League champions again! Fernandinho raises the roof as he lifts the trophy.
Kevin de Bruyne coolly takes his medal and puts it around his neck. He tries to squeeze in at the front but Ederson jokingly shoulders him out of the way.
Fernandinho, with the captain's armband, is up last. Here we go...
Here's the main man, Sergio Aguero.
He's pushed to the front of the stage by his team-mates. He's laughing away too.
Phil Foden is up next. What a season he's had. Will he have a summer to remember with England at the Euros too?

The rain is tipping down at Etihad Stadium and it's still chilly here to say the least too - I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes I was a bit closer to those blasts of flame. The mood in the stands is still jubilant, however. The trophy lift will be worth the wait.
Cancelo has just dropped his medal!
FT: Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson to BBC: "We always knew it would be a very hard game. They have some great players. I'm very proud of the performance. We played a top, top team. As a last game of the season, with having nothing to play for, we gave them a really good game.
"Everything I would like to say about the team I will say tonight. It's quite incredible what the players have done.
"It's been a wonderful time. I would like to pay a tribute to the coaching staff I have had around me in the last four years. They have been so good and have made my life so much easier. I was able to step back more and more and they stepped up.
"I owe so much to them. I have thanked the players but I should have spent more time thanking them too."
It's the players' turn now. Ruben Dias gets his after the goalkeepers and applauds the crowd. John Stones gives them a thumbs up too before taking a little peak at his medal.
Sergio Aguero is getting hugged, high-fived and patted on the shoulder from every single person on his way up to the podium.
Scott Carson is also having the time of his life!
City boss Pep Guardiola takes the acclaim of the crowd as he collects with medal and joins the rest of the staff in forming a guard of honour on the pitch.
How many staff members work at Manchester City?! This guard of honour is never ending!
