Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace
Liverpool
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp to Sky Sports: "Perfect. It was windy like crazy. It's not good for football.
"We found a way into the game, scored a great goal. Do you take more risk, or control even more? The second goal was so helpful. I didn't know about other matches.
"I'm so proud of what they've done the last 10 or 15 hgames and the reaction of the team in bad times. Eight wins out of 10, two draws, that's impressive.
"Energy makes all the difference and we got a lot of energy from outside (the fans).
"It was not our year for the championship. I'm really happy with third place."
Lowest moment of season? "I don't want to pick one - it will be unfair to all the other [rubbish] (he didn't actually say rubbish but we can't publish it) moments.
"I have a holiday - it feels like the season was two years long. In three weeks I can't wait for the pre-season again."
Manchester City's champions are taking to the red (technically purple) carpet.
The staff will line-up for a guard of honour for the players after giving one to themselves.
Sheff Utd 1-0 Burnley
Sheffield United
Sheffield United match-winner David McGoldrick to BT Sport: "We owed the fans that for the season we’ve put them through, this year has been a disappointment and with some fans here today we wanted to get a victory.
"And more importantly, we wanted to build some momentum going into next season because it is going to be a tough season in the Championship, as it always is, and it’s good to finish with a winning feeling.
"We’ve missed the fans, you know, it was great to have them back, hearing them singing the Greasy Chip Butty song before the game was a great feeling."
Manchester City
Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson with the Golden Glove.
Wolves 1-2 Man IUtd
Wolves
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, speaking to BT Sport: "I promised that I would stay strong but it was very special and very emotional. I will miss it."
On the reaction from fans in the ground: "It means a lot. It means football is back and it means this is the first game of the football we love with fans and atmosphere. It was special.
"What do I want to do? Now I want to rest. We will have holidays and a break. Then, let's see. The future is here. Day by day, let's see.
"It is not about style, it is about the unit. Style is something you can have. If you chase that good game as we did, we did it as a unit, as a group. Everyone involved and committed. That is what I meant.
"We had bad injuries and injuries to important players but at the same time we found solutions. It was a tough season but it is a season with all the circumstances I reflect on it and I am very proud."
Jurgen Klopp has just said a naughty word during his post-match press conference.
Hehehehe.
"We'll have to edit that out Jurgen," says a less-than impressed reporter.
Jurgen wasn't bothered to be honest.
Wolves 1-2 Man Utd
Manchester United
Manchester United's Juan Mata, speaking to BT Sport about his future: "I don't know. In three days we have a very important game which is where my mind is. I still feel I can play good football.
"It is not the moment now to speak about it. I know what I want, I am happy with how I feel physically and mentally and I am still happy to play football for some years."

Liverpool
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live: "Outstanding, best I could've dreamt of - we wanted this feeling, this game, this atmosphere. Finishing the season in third is incredible, I can't believe it - credit to the boys I can't believe how it worked out in the last few weeks, incredible. Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips are both cut up and stitched, Rhys hasn't trained for three days, Gini Wijnaldum leaving the club and we all love him to bits. We will miss him so much, with football it's normal that people leave, but I will miss him so much."
On Roy Hodgson leaving: "Roy is a legend as well, very influential and important for football. Travelled the world managing, saw very early how defending really has to work and kept that up through his career, exceptional."
On Jordan Henderson being fit for England: "He will be fine, I don't know if he will be in the squad but he is fine, he trained the last two days with us, he is fine. He can return to training as normal - he will be one of the few players in the squad who are fresh which is good news."
Here come the champions at the Etihad!
The fans are waving flags, there's banners everywhere and the big screen says "Champions 2020-21".
Leicester 2-4 Tottenham
It is quite emotional at the King Power, Leicester captain Wes Morgan is saying farewell after announcing his retirement.
Nice for him to have the fans back on the final day.
Taking home Premier League and FA Cup winners' medals, decent.
Liverpool 2-0 Crystal Palace
Liverpool
Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum speaking to Sky Sports: "I'm fighting against tears right now. The people in Liverpool have shown me love during the five years. I will miss them, you know? I hope to have played many more years for the club but unfortunately things went different. I have to start a new adventure. I knew I went to a big club. I remember that I was sitting in the living room and the manager said when I come to Liverpool we would win prizes. I am happy it went that will. It would have been really painful to leave the club without any.
"It's really special. Since I've joined the fans have sung my name. Week-in, week-out they saw I was giving 100% to give everything for this club. That's what the supporters want to see and that's what they appreciate from me. It is something I'm going to miss."
On finishing in third today: "It's really important. Normally you want to leave on a high winning something. Unfortunately this season it was not possible but I'm happy I can leave the club behind in the Champions League.
"I didn't sign somewhere else. Everyone knows in football everything can happen. The situation is right now that on 1 July I am not a Liverpool player. We will see what I will do in the next couple of weeks. I will rest a little bit then go to the national team. I will have to look at my story and how everything went. The fans deserve to know the story behind it."
Aston Villa 2-1 Chelsea
Aston Villa
Aston Villa boss Dean Smith: "It was the ideal way to end the season, we came up against a very good team today and gave everything for the shirt.
"Disappointed we did not get the record of clean sheets for Emiliano Martinez, who still holds it level with Brad Friedel. He made some good saves and for all the possession Chelsea had, he made comfortable saves. He has been a magnificent signing and is well respected in the dressing room.
"We all have injuries, we lost Jack Grealish and we have had to deal with it. I had an expected goals table of finishing ninth and we are there abouts.
"Our target is to progress again and we have players here more than capable of competing with the best teams in the league. When Grealish comes out of the team we have to be more creative."
FT: Fulham 0-2 Newcastle
Newcastle United
Newcastle manager Steve Bruce speaking to Match of the Day: “We made hard work of the second half but we defended well. There were a lot of tired bodies but I’m delighted with the way we have finished the season.
"When we really needed the results, the players and the staff have worked tirelessly to turn it round.
“We’ll never say it’s an achievement to finish 12th for a club of our stature but it’s an achievement. I hope the people who have written us off, they’ll eat humble pie and give us some credit.
On the possibility of keeping Joe Willock: “I couldn’t be more pleased for him. He’s done so well. We’ll try our utmost to keep him but we must respect that he’s Arsenal’s player."

Rakesh Pradhan: So after all that it’s still Man City Man Utd Liverpool and Chelsea into the top 4 and champions league. tough on Leicester but at least they have the FACup & well done to West Ham
Sam: Few weeks ago I was on the moon as a Chelsea fan but I’m more than scared now for the final. That’s football anyways.
Aston Villa 2-1 Chelsea
Chelsea
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel: "It was our responsibility to lose today, we had enough chances. The performance was by far good enough to win the game. We did not score, conceded two cheap goals and it was a defeat in the end. We are lucky to escape today.
"We did not hit the target, the last touch was not precise enough. It was a very strong last half an hour and we had two big chances to score. We fought, tried everything but forgot to score."
On Cesar Azpilicueta red card: "I saw it and I don't see the difference from the first half from an Aston villa player."
On the Villa penalty: "Very, very soft. I saw no movement from the legs from Jorginho.
"A loss never feels good but tomorrow I will take a lot of satisfaction. We reached the objective and congratulations to everyone. We are still a young team, players fighting for their first trophies and now we arrive in Porto with full confidence."
