  1. County unchanged; captain Easton back for Acciespublished at 19:20

Ross County v Hamilton Academical (19:45)

Ross County, perhaps unsurprisingly, go with the same team that beat Dundee United 10 days to go.

Manager John Hughes has said that it was "touch and go" whether Carl Tremarco would be fit enough, and it appears he isn't.

Hamilton boss Brian Rice does make one change though, despite beating St Mirren 2-1 last time the sides met.

Captain Brian Easton is back in defence after a knee injury, so Kyle Munro drops to the bench.

However, midfielder Ronan Hughes is still suspended for the crucial relegation zone meeting in Dingwall.

  2. HALF-TIME Celtic 2-0 St Johnstonepublished at 19:17

Two goals in as many minutes has Celtic in control against St Johnstone.

The away side had started the better but Bobby Zlamal's mistake to collect a back pass gave Celtic an indirect freekick which Scotland hopeful David Turnbull dispatched powerfully.

Edouard quickly followed up as he nutmegged one man before dinking over the Saints keeper.

  4. Scrappy stuff in West Lothianpublished at 55 mins

    Livingston 0-1 Rangers

A scrappy start to the second half in Livingston. The ball has spent a lot of time in the air with Alfredo Morelos firing high over the hosts' bar on once occasion - not one of his better efforts.

  5. goal

GOAL Dundee United 2-1 Motherwellpublished at 52 mins

    Chris Long

Chris Long has pulled Motherwell back into this one - Liam Smith was unable to deal with his twists and turns inside the box, and granted more space than he perhaps should have been afforded, the striker finds the back of the net.

  6. CLOSE!published at 50 mins

    Dundee Utd 2-0 Motherwell

Liam Smith forces a wonderful save from Liam Kelly as United continue to put pressure on Motherwell at the start of the second half.

Smith started a fantastic move down the right, before laying it off to Lawrence Shankland who back-heeled it into the path of the right-back once more, and a well-struck shot is denied by the fingertips of Kelly to stop what would have been a superb team goal.

  7. Two tweaks for Wrightpublished at 19:10

    Kilmarnock v St Mirren (19:45)

After 11 days to stew over their frustrating loss to Motherwell, Kilmarnock boss Tommy Wright has made just two tweaks to his starting XI - both on the left flank.

Calum Waters comes in for Brandon Haunstrup at left back, while Mitch Pinnock replaces Rory McKenzie on the wing.

St Mirren boss Jim Goodwin makes four changes after a gutting Scottish Cup semi-final loss on Sunday.

Youngsters Daniel Finlayson and Jay Henderson are given an opportunity in defence and midfield respectively, while Ryan Flynn and Jon Obika return.

Captain Joe Shaughnessy is not in the squad, while Richard Tait, Ethan Erhahon, and Kristian Dennis drop to the bench.

Celtic have really missed James Forrest this season, that is obvious, but it’s even more so apparent tonight. He’s been causing all sorts of problems with his pace and ability to cut in. He’s a real threat and at times is literally all over the place, covering every bit of the pitch.

  9. CLOSE!published at 19:06 British Summer Time 12 May 2021

    Celtic 2-0 St Johnstone

The chances don't stop coming at Celtic Park and David Turnbull might not want to watch this one back as he spurns a fantastic opportunity to make it 3-0.

Mohamed Elyounoussi's brilliant jinking run creates space for Turnbull on the left hand side, but his curling shot drifts wide of the post.

    Celtic 2-0 St Johnstone

Ross County v Hamilton Accies (19:45)

"I've said since I came in, it'll go right down to the wire," says Ross County manager John Hughes of the relegation battle.

"My only frustration is the consistency. I think only once - way before my time - we've won back-to-back games, so wouldn't it be nice to do it against Hamilton, up against my old sidekick Chipper, Brian Rice?"

  14. Aberdeen bring Hedges back; two Hibs changespublished at 18:55

    Aberdeen v Hibernian (19:45)

Aberdeen make one change from their 2-1 win over Livingston. Ryan Hedges comes in for his first start since February, replacing Niall McGinn.

Jack Ross makes two changes from the Hibs team which defeated Dundee United in the Scottish Cup semi-final. Darren McGregor comes in for Ryan Porteous while Alex Gogic returns from suspension to take Joe Newell's place in midfield.

Matt Macey keeps his place in goals with Hibs number one Ofir Marciano replaced on the bench by Kevin Dabrowski. Ross had said pre-match that Marciano would start the game.

Celtic immediately double their lead as Scott Brown's long ball up finds Odsonne Edouard.

The Frenchman shows a touch of class as he nutmegs his opponent before dinking the ball over Bobby Zlamal.

After a promising start from the away side this game may now be out of sight in a matter of minutes.

  18. HALF-TIME! Dundee United 2-0 Motherwellpublished at 18:49

Dundee United have dominated this game, and but for a missed Lawrence Shankland penalty could be out of sight already.

Despite his missed spot kick, Shankland came up with a moment of magic for the opening goal, diverting Logan Chalmers’ attempt into the bottom corner of the net with his header.

19-year-old Archie Meekison claimed his first goal for the club with a superb right footed strike curled into the bottom corner past Liam Kelly.

Chalmers has been a nuisance for Motherwell’s left side, with Micky Mellon’s side showing a real hunger and desire in the opening 45 minutes, but Motherwell have been disappointing thus far.
