Newport v Forest Green (20:15 BST)
For what it is worth, Morecambe - who finished the regular season in fourth - go into the play-offs as favourites to win promotion ahead of their first leg at Tranmere on Thursday.
But the bookmakers can barely split all four clubs involved in what promises to be a fierce fight for a place in League One.
Newport come into this tie having lost only of their last nine league games, while Forest Green won their last two after a miserable run of one victory in 10 saw them slide out of automatic promotion contention.
Forest Green can take heart from a 2-0 success on this ground in February, while the two sides drew 1-1 at the New Lawn in December.
Newport, meantime, will hope their various cup successes in recent seasons can inspire them in the play-offs, the time when league football becomes a knockout contest.

Footballing brothers Aaron and Lewis Collins have not taken each other on since they were kids competing in the back garden in Malpas, a suburb of Newport just a couple of miles from Rodney Parade.
But the duo go head to head tonight as 23-year-old Aaron plays for Forest Green while Lewis, 20, represents their home-city club.
This tie has caused quite a stir in the family, as you can see below.

BBC Sport Wales at Rodney Parade
438 days.
It's been 438 days since Welsh fans were able to attend a football match and the long, long wait is finally over.
I'm celebrating by not just being here at Rodney Parade but alongside my fellow written hacks, we are very much, as the kids would say 'in the mixer'.
No press seats for us tonight, we are surrounded by Newport fans.
Newport v Forest Green (20:15 BST)
We've seen fans return to stadiums around the UK over the past few days, and tonight's game at Newport will be the first in Wales to welcome supporters back since March 2020.
This young Newport fan is hoping his side will be back at Wembley for a second time in three seasons.

Forest Green Rovers interim boss Jimmy Ball makes just one change to the side which won 3-0 at Oldham on the final day, with Jayden Richardson in for Josh Davison.
There is good news on the bench, where Dan Sweeney, Nicky Cadden and top scorer - and ex-Newport striker - Jamille Matt return.
Forest Green: McGee, Bernard, Godwin-Malife, Stokes, Cargill, Wilson, Bailey, Moore-Taylor, Richardson, Collins, Wagstaff.
Subs: Thomas, Sweeney, Cadden, Allen, Matt, Young, Davison.
Newport v Forest Green (20:15 BST)
Newport make one change to the side which finished the regular season with a draw at Southend United, and it is a significant one.
Skipper Joss Labadie is not involved despite Newport indicating he had recovered from a knee injury suffered at Roots Hall, with Matty Dolan taking his place.
Newport: King, Shephard, Bennett, Demetriou, Lewis, Dolan, Sheehan, Hartigan, Haynes, Amond, Collins.
Subs: Townsend, Farquharson, Ledley, Ellison, Gambin, Maynard, Taylor.
Newport v Forest Green (20:15 BST)
Hello and welcome to south Wales, where the League Two play-offs begin tonight as Newport County take on Forest Green Rovers.
This first-leg encounter should have been taking place at Forest Green's New Lawn home given that Newport finished the regular season in fifth, one spot above their opponents.
But the fixrures have been switched because of the urgent need to get on with some close-season work on the Rodney Parade pitch, so Newport have home advantage in the first leg rather than the second.
Could that be a big factor in deciding who goes to Wembley?
All we can say for sure is that Newport will hope to take a lead into Sunday's second leg in Gloucestershire, while any positive result here would represent a good night's work for Forest Green.
We will take you through all the action, but let's start with the team news.
