  1. What a leap!published at 21:05 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Carrick Rangers 2-2 Glenavon

A fine Jordan Gibson header, but Glenavon have since got themselves right back into this one!

GOALpublished at 21:02 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Carrick Rangers 2-2 Glenavon

I was in the middle of writing up Andy Hall's goal from a brilliant free-kick only to look up and see that Peter Campbell has levelled matters at Taylors Avenue.

Barely a minute had elapsed since Hall's free-kick had given Glenavon hope and up pops Campbell with his own cracking strike to haul the Lurgan Blues right back into this one.

Incredible scenes! It's all set up for a rousing finale!

Glenavon are a point above Ballymena as it stands.

  3. CLOSE!published at 21:00 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Coleraine 1-1 Linfield

More good build-up play from Coleraine culminates in Ben Doherty skewing a left-foot shot over the bar.

    Close again, but no equaliser.

  4. CLOSE!published at 20:58 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Coleraine 1-1 Linfield

Mark Haughey has a chance to score his second of the match but his header from Kirk Millar's free-kick flies wide of the post.

The big central defender could - and probably should - have done better.

  5. goal

GOALpublished at 20:57 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Portadown 1-2 Dungannon Swifts

    What's going on here, then?

Dungannon are now in front thanks to Rhyss Campbell.

The striker cuts in from the left-hand side and, with an almost chopping motion, sends a daisycutter through a ruck of players and past Jacob Carney.

Dean Shiels' side have now hit the post and scored twice in the space of 10 second half minutes!

    Quite the turnaround.

  6. goal

GOALpublished at 20:55 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Carrick Rangers 2-0 Glenavon

Glenavon's night goes from bad to worse as Jordan Gibson doubles Carrick's lead with a header from a Kurtis Forsythe cross.

With Ballymena two goals up against Warrenpoint, this is not looking good for the Lurgan Blues.

They need to find a goal - and quick!

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:55 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Coleraine 1-1 Linfield

Aaron Jarvis meets a corner with a strong header but Chris Johns is equal to the task and palms the ball away.

Coleraine pushing for the winner. Can they find the goal they need?

  8. goal

GOALpublished at 20:54 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Portadown 1-1 Dungannon Swifts

Minutes after hitting the woodwork, the visitors are level through James Convie.

Adam McCallum's attempted back-pass falls well short of its target and Convie takes his time before slotting past Jacob Carney.

  9. goal

GOALpublished at 20:54 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Larne 0-1 Glentoran

Goal! What a big one it could be!

Conor McMenamin fires home the opener for Glentoran on 47 minutes and puts the east Belfast side in pole position for Europe!

The winger had all the time in the world at the back post and he takes a touch before firing the ball beyond Conor Mitchell.

That was exactly what the doctor ordered for this game. Now, can Larne respond?

  10. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:52 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Portadown 1-0 Dungannon Swifts

Close to an equaliser for Dungannon as Ryan Mayse's fierce shot from an acute angle leaves the frame of Jacob Carney's goal shuddering.

The visitors can't force the rebound home either, much to their frustration.

  11. Change in the air?published at 20:51 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Quote Message

There is a lot of debate going on on the Coleraine bench. They will be thinking 'how might we make positive change?' In contrast, the Linfield bench might be thinking how they can maybe shore things up.

  12. McElroy makes it twopublished at 20:43 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Ballymena United 2-0 Warrenpoint Town

Paul McElroy nods home to give Ballymena a two-goal cushion.

  14. Experience 'vital ingredient'published at 20:39 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Coleraine 1-1 Linfield

    Roy Walker
    BBC Sport NI summariser

    Quote Message

This one is perfectly poised, it's on a knife edge. Coleraine know they have to create chances to get a goal while Linfield know a point is enough for them. Linfield have a vital ingredient and that is experience. They know how to get over the line.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:36 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Larne 0-0 Glentoran

It's been a weird game. Both sides are very easy on the eye but there's barely been any goalmouth action.

There's more to come, make no doubt about it.

  16. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Coleraine 1-1 Linfield

    The second half is underway.

Will the next 45 minutes see Linfield complete a league and cup double?

Or can Coleraine delay the destination of the Gibson Cup until the last day of the season on Saturday?

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:35 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Portadown 1-0 Dungannon Swifts

Adam Salley's goal separates the sides after a fairly low-key first half at Shamrock Park.

Rhyss Campbell has tested Ports keeper Jacob Carney with a low shot, while Lee Bonis dragged a shot wide for the home side when well placed.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Carrick Rangers 1-0 Glenavon

This isn't what Glenavon needed. The Lurgan Blues, looking to seal seventh spot, find themselves behind to a Lee Chapman goal.

The visitors have certainly had chances to level the game, not least through Daniel Purkis, who fired into the side-netting when he perhaps could have squared the ball to Matthew Fitzpatrick.

It's all set up for an interesting second half at Taylors Avenue!

  19. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Ballymena United 2-0 Warrenpoint Town

Goals from Shay McCartan and Paul McElroy have Ballymena in the box seat.

The real topic of chat among the fans at the Showgrounds, however, is Glenavon currently losing at Carrick Rangers.

If scorelines remain the same in both games, United would start the last day of the season in seventh place.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 British Summer Time 25 May 2021

    Cliftonville 1-0 Crusaders

Daire O'Connor's early strike separates the sides and it's a deserved lead for Cliftonville, who have been much the better side.

This much-changed Crusaders team haven't offered much in the attacking third, although they did lose Jordan Owens to injury early on.
