Was Hwang maybe a bit too honest in that attack? He stayed up after beating Pontus Jansson, despite an arm across him. Had he gone down, the referee and possibly VAR would have had a decision to make.

Great work from Hwang Hee-Chan! He is lively. He darts on to an Adama Traore forward ball and produces a flick to beat his man at the byline, but his pull-back is cleared. That's the combination for Wolves, right there.

They had a good night here against AC Milan on Wednesday in the Champions League but Crystal Palace want to spoil the party.

Bruno Lage has changed the formation; it looks like 4-2-3-1 with Hwang just in behind Jimenez. I think they needed to change something; this is the first time they've gone to this formation so we'll see how it goes.

The home fans are getting more and more irate at the officiating here. They want a foul for a challenge on Adama Traore but the referee waves it away. They do then get a free-kick for an Ivan Toney high arm on Ruben Neves but are unhappy that the striker isn't booked.

David Raya really gets them booing by changing his gloves to cause anther delay.

Kyle Utterson: Brentford have been brilliant so far. They have defended really well, played some lovely football and going forward they have caused Wolves loads of problems and been clinical.

How has that stayed out?!

Adama Traore floats a cross over the outstretched hand of David Raya and across the face of goal. It bounces once but no Wolves player can get in to finish.

Traore remains the man who could alter the course of this contest.

Oh, it could so easily be 3-0 inside seconds of the restart. A poor throw by Jose Sa leaves Ruben Neves high, dry and ultimately robbed of the ball. Bryan Mbuemo fires wide, though.

Another 45 minutes as entertaining as the first? That'll do nicely.

Hwang Hee-Chan is indeed in the game. He is a half-time replacement for Romain Saiss. Attacking move. Hwang scored on his debut. Wolves desperately need him to follow that up.

Adrian Murray: This is Wolves all over. Struggled when Jimenez was injured. Now he's back, they get forward, get corners, but struggle to get the ball in the net. They were all over Man Utd and still lost. Today, they're a hot mess. This will be a hard season and right now, there.

It has been a brilliant game. Brentford went from strength to strength; they sat in, they frustrated Wolves and hit them on the break. When you've got someone like Ivan Toney up front, who is built for this league - he's big, he's calm and he can pick a pass - you're in with a chance. He's been outstanding.

Hwang Hee-Chan is doing a pretty vigorous warm-up for Wolves. Could well be seeing him pretty soon.
