I'd love to see Oxlade-Chamberlain keep fit for a while and get a run in the team.

    He's been so dynamic tonight.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is getting a bit of treatment and might come off. Tyler Morton was wiped out too but he's back on his feet quickly.

    Borussia Dortmund 4-0 Besiktas

A sight Besiktas did not want to see while already trailing 3-0... Erling Braut Haaland warming up.

The prolific forward has been on for all of five minutes but has just headed in Dortmund's fourth!

    AC Milan 1-2 Liverpool

It's really nice from Milan, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic playing a quick one-two on the edge of the box.

It almost pays off but Nathaniel Phillips is as cool as ice, turning back inside on the ball, leaving two attackers behind and slipping it to Joe Gomez.

Liverpool break and Divock Origi then heads it wide from an unmarked position!

Mikey: Beating AC Milan at the San Siro with 7 (arguably 8) of our starting XI being rested just goes to show how incredible our squad depth is now. Amazing.

A goal down and now Inter Milan are a man down.

Midfielder Nicolo Barella has been sent off for lashing out at Eder Militao.

It's a harsh decision, yellow at best but referee Felix Zwayer, the man criticised by Jude Bellingham at the weekend, brandishes a red card after consultation with VAR.

Mohamed Salah wins another corner off Theo Hernandez on the right.

Meanwhile, Joe Gomez and Naby Keita are waiting to come on for Liverpool.

  13. CLOSE!published at 61 mins

    AC Milan 1-2 Liverpool

    A chance for Milan.

It's rolled across to Rade Krunic on the edge of the box and he hits it first time. It's a fizzing, curling effort but over the bar. Alisson probably had it covered anyway. Decent chance though.

This is a makeshift Liverpool team playing against the Italian leaders.

Not only are they winning, they're dominating.

  15. What that goal means for Milan...published at 21:20 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2021

It's all change in terms of the chase for second spot in Group B.

Around the same time as Divock Origi was scoring, Atletico Madrid were taking the lead in Porto through Antoine Griezmann.

    What does that mean?

Atletico, who started the day in fourth spot, are now second and heading through.

Porto are heading into the Europa League and AC Milan are heading out of Europe.

But there's still enough time for that to all change.

What are AC Milan doing on a bobbly pitch?

Sadio Mane's on it in a flash and it's a great header from Divock Origi. It was like Richarlison's goal [for Everton] last night.

    He's done it again!

"Big Div" with the big goals.

It's a mistake at the back by Fikayo Tomori and Sadio Mane pounces on it. His shot is slapped away by the keeper and Divock Origi heads the rebound into an empty net.

Borussia Dortmund are running away with it.

It's a lovely goal from skipper Marco Reus, who ghosted past three players with a couple of delightful touches in the box before casually poking beyond Ersin Destanoglu.

Probably a case of how many for the hosts.
