    AC Milan 1-1 Liverpool

Divock Origi has a pop from long-range. It's way over the bar but he looks well up for it tonight.

He's only scored three goals in the Champions League. Just the two against Barcelona and one in the final against Tottenham...

A nice ball over the top for Rade Krunic but again, Ibrahima Konate is able to push him off it and win a goal kick.

Ibrahima Konate gets across to stop Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The battle of the "Ibras" has been quite one-sided so far.

Without the era of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, how would we think of Mohamed Salah right now?

We would think of him as the best in the business.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic sneaks in behind. He cuts back onto his left foot and tries to slip it through to Franck Kessie but there's a wall of Liverpool defenders.

    AC Milan 1-1 Liverpool

    Neil Lennon
Former Celtic manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

Mohamed Salah is up there with any other player I've seen in the past few years. He's the closest player I've seen to Lionel Messi.

  8. How's Salah's goal changed things?published at 20:40 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2021

    AC Milan 1-1 Liverpool

What does Mo Salah's latest goal do to Group B?

Well, it's good news for Porto as it stands. They're still drawing 0-0 at home to Atletico Madrid, who can also progress if they score.

However, another goal for AC Milan will move the Italians back up to second.

  9. Postpublished at 39 mins

    AC Milan 1-1 Liverpool

Sadio Mane is offside but he doesn't know it. Divock Origi flicks it around the corner and Mane races through, trying to lift it over the keeper.

It's pushed into the side-netting then the flag goes up.

  10. 'Such a difficult technique'published at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2021

    AC Milan 1-1 Liverpool

    Neil Lennon

The finish is incredible, it's such a hard finish, it's coming at him so quickly.

That is such a difficult technique.

That's 20 goals this season in all competitions for Mohamed Salah.

    It's only 7 December! Ridiculous.

    Who else?

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain hits it from just inside the box, it's parried by the keeper and Mohamed Salah comes in to send it into the roof of the net.

    Game on.

Khan Karn: Not liking Minamino in the middle, has always played better on the wing, scores every time there since Salzburg days to Liverpool. Should rest Mane and Salah, Keita and Gomez need minutes

    AC Milan 1-0 Liverpool

Mohamed Salah is getting a lot of joy down the right. He cuts inside again and tees up Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

He hits it nicely but it's deflected wide for another corner. Kostas Tsimikas curls it in high and again, it's headed away.

  15. Malen puts Dortmund in frontpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2021

    Borussia Dortmund 1-0 Besiktas

Borussia Dortmund are ahead and, as so often happens, Jude Bellingham was the key instigator for the hosts.

The England midfielder drove towards the Besiktas box during a swift Dortmund break before sliding a pass into Donyell Malen, who squeezed an effort under goalkeeper Ersin Destanoglu.

    No Haaland, no problem!

  16. Postpublished at 32 mins

    AC Milan 1-0 Liverpool

Ooft. Almost brilliant from Divock Origi.

He has players around him in the box but he rolls it forward with his studs then stabs a decent effort towards the near post.

The keeper has to react quickly!

  17. 'Poor from Minamino'published at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2021

    AC Milan 1-0 Liverpool

    Neil Lennon
Former Celtic manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

That's poor from Takumi Minamino. He's let the ball go and Alisson has to react really quickly.

Jurgen Klopp will be really disappointed because that should have been dealt with. The delivery was poor.

  18. Postpublished at 30 mins

    AC Milan 1-0 Liverpool

A huge goal for Milan. It remains 0-0 between Porto and Atletico Madrid which means they move up to second place as things stand.

    A bit of a shambles.

It's poor from Takumi Minamino at the near post. The corner comes straight through, he swings at it and misses, Alisson reacts to block it on the line but Fikayo Tomori follows up to tap in from a few yards out.

That was AC Milan's first time in the Liverpool box!

Ajax are already through to the last-16 and will be seeded in Monday's draw but they look determined to make it six wins out of six in Group C.

They took the lead against Sporting Lisbon in Amsterdam thanks to Sebastien Haller. The former West Ham man is the second player to score in all six group stage matches in a single Champions League campaign, after Cristiano Ronaldo (2017/18 for Real Madrid).

Sporting has since equalised and it is currently 1-1.

In Liverpool's group, it remains goalless between Porto and Atletico Madrid.

As it stands, Porto are heading into the last-16.
